Good evening everyone Please I want to know if this will be an issue for me and my children to get france tourist visa My husband was given france tourist visa, he traveled to france and went to poland to secure a job and has work permit now Will it be an issue for us. Thank you |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by LordTyrion: 7:27pm On Sep 21 |
evansp: 1. Since he has “Polish work permit”, why can’t he file Family reunification visa for u and your kids? 2. You can apply for France tourist visa along with your kids if you have the requirements it should be an issue. |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by evansp: 7:51pm On Sep 21 |
LordTyrion: Thank you for your response. I thought to apply for reunification is with trc card and after 2 years |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by LordTyrion: 7:56pm On Sep 21 |
evansp: Your hubby need to have his resident permit. And u don’t need to wait for 2 years. Apply as soon as he has his TRC and meets the financial conditions. |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by evansp: 8:03pm On Sep 21 |
LordTyrion:Wow.... really you mean I can apply immediately his trc is granted. Thank you |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by LordTyrion: 8:29pm On Sep 21 |
evansp: Yes. Immediately his TRC is granted, u can apply for family reunification. But note, some embassy have a long processing time for this category. it’s usually between 6months - 12 months. So do more research on Poland reunification visa. 1 Like |

Hi guys. I’m a single guy of 31yrs old and getting married December. I want to plan a honeymoon trip to France or any other schegen with my partner but she has never been anywhere before. She started working in a company 3 months ago earning 1m and has a registered fashion business on the side. Does she stand a chance applying with me ? Since we are not married yet. I have traveled extensively. I have been to uk, Dubai , 3 Schengen countries, USA , and I also have Canada visa too. I have a business with 30-40m monthly inflow. Just trying to figure out our relationship when we apply together. |

From the information you provided, I believe you both stand a good chance of being approved for Schengen visas to France for your honeymoon. Since you’re not married yet, make sure to have all the docs showing your relationship and individual finances. This might help with some ideas about traveling to France https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism-in-france-statistics-2023-all-you-need-to-know-5275 Good luck! |

The person who posted earlier that it is possible to enter Poland, apply for work permit in Poland and stay back in Poland. This is your response. I sent an enquiry to one of these employment agencies in Poland and this was the feedback that i got. "only" in your country or where you have resident permit In other words, if your husband entered as tourist to France and navigated to Poland, how then was he able to do all those things , you mentioned above, maybe more insights can help. @evansp Thank you.
