Why use your connections to arrest him? You should have just charged him to court!

Now see how the arrest of the man has generated negative responses towards you.

That is exactly what he did but he refused to come to court and even went on social media bragging. So the court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Afe Babalola did not order his arrest. He merely made a criminal complaint and Dele refused to defend himself in court which left the court no option but to issue a bench warrant.

A bench warrant is an order by the court to arrest an accused person who has been served but who fails to appear in court.

Like I said in another thread, whether the case is civil or criminal, this will enrich our jurisprudence and law faculties all over Nigeria will have something new to teach their law students.

I say it again too, it will be far easier to offend Falana or Olanipekun than Afe Babalola.

He was arrested in Lagos and moved to Ekiti where he was charged to court. How is that abductions ?

He made an oral application for bail and that’s not good enough according to the judge. He will make a written application at the next hearing on Tuesday and bail will likely be granted with conditions. Basic legal procedure.

You know you are saying rubbish and I have no need to explain to you the level of rubbish you are saying.

I am a fucking lawyer and I know much better than you how these things work.

I stand with Dele Farotimi. The Judiciary is full of corrupt wig-wearing bastards interested only in filthy lucre and bribes to sell Judgements.

It is undeniable.

Which court issued the bench warrant. One in Lagos or a magistrate in Ekiti?

Now if a bench warrant wasn't issued in Lagos, please explain how he was taken to Ekiti.

Please tell me also who is this person you are calling a Judge. A magistrate in Ekiti.

So how was he taken from Lagos.

Does a magistrate in Ekiti have the authority to say someone should be picked up from Lagos and brought to Ekiti.

And police and co go and fetch him from his house in Lagos and suddenly transport him to Ekiti and you say that is not an abduction.

May God damn you fools for all the nonsense you support.

Always teaching people lessons and yet you haven't learnt anything. This was how you boasted of teaching Peter Obi lesson only to cry "we are hungry O" in less than a year.
You are here again planning to teach another lesson.

Dear Dele Farotimi and all other folks criminally defaming others, please take note that your noise and media yelling makes no difference. There is no backing down in this case. The trial will be pursued to a reasonable conclusion. Dele Farotimi will either prove his allegations or be jailed. No compromise.

Refuse to honour a court summons in enugu and think because you are in Lagos Enugu court has no right to issue a bench warrant for your arrest anywhere in Nigeria or that the Nigeria police force will not enforce it.

Known election heist ? Where ? How ? I have asked severally where is the evidence of rigging ? We are in the media age and I don’t believe anyone was stopped from recording during the last election . If it is rigging ( vote buying ) all parties were involved because there are videos of none LP supporters prevented from voting in the east . Same was done by Tinubu in lagos and Atiku in the north. The only place with serious mutilation of ballots was in Rivers but was it enough to upturn the election? , I don’t think so . Is the judiciary corrupt ? Yes ! But I don’t think so in this case .

Some of you are just not serious in trying to make this country work.
If you don't see heavy mutilation of ballots as something "serious " then you are just a bunch of a big joke.
