Ehern, swear you do not know the site of the new stadium in Orlu? But you took the picture of the New Owerri road that included the blue painted multi storey International Secondary School, Orlu which is opposite to the new stadium site. Truth could be that you saw nothing tangibe enough about the new stadium site to photograph. 2, You say you dont know why Orlu is dusty. Orlu is dusty because of absence of urban drainage system. Rain spreads mud on the roads and they remain there.
