yes dey have bin leaving together for more than 6months but dey don't bear d same surname on their passports and Pls do they need docs to show dey Hav bin leaving together for more dan 8months,she lives in sagamu b4 but her hubby got a job for her in lagos so she had to move in with him so it could be confortable for her and since d hubby lives in lagos

I filled just 2, d family form and the other for ur own details; i can't recall d title of the form. I didn't fill out IMM5257B cos it doesn't relate to my application.
