Pls how do i opt out from all promotion message ( or what do you call those messages that offers to teach languages 4 7days and the rest ). I've tried sending stop to one number 31000( if i'm right) and i received a message that i've been removed. But i wasn't and it even went from bad to worse.
Please note that these (useless) messages have been causing me great inconviniency that i'm likely to break them soon.

My friend received a message informing her that her BIS has expired yesterday 2014-11-05 19:41:24.789. She tried subscribing today, after sending BBC to 21600 she got a feedback that her BIS is still ON and would expire on 2014-11-05 19:41:24.789. Now I'm confused, I'll welcome your clarification.

MTN deducts N50 from my account each time I recharge, in the name of sending me unsolicited CNN news, using a service named MTN PLAY. Please I don't remember subscribing to this service. I'd be glad if you'd deactivate the service. It has made me to stop recharging that line. Thanks
