OP dis is totally wrong. FUTMINNA is the best in chemical engineering in Nigeria and third best in Africa in the Course. Research and find out.
Could please in your magnimonous nature help us with a site(reputable) to confirm this.
Note: The list is not only based on being the best but also marketability, rigorous trainning, location, staff strength, prospect e.t.c
Re: The Best Nigerian Universities For Some Selected Courses by connectikut89(m): 7:37pm On Nov 13, 2014

OK ooo. can you please tell us the university best in Petrochemical Engineering.
And besides why is it only federal universities you listed. Some state universities are better than some fed unis. State university like
River State University of Science and Technology- RSUST
Lagos State University LASU
Delta State University DELSU
Olabisi Onabanjo University OOU
et al.....
Let me water the content of the article for you.
The rating of the schools is not limited to "them say", a lot of things (marketability, calibre of award being issued, location, staff strength, research activities, rigorous trainning, competition results, innovations, creativity e.t.c) are considered altogether.

Rubbish list. Everyone knows that the best university for law in the whole of afirca is LASU. Plus the best university for economics also LASU. Shekina
The article is not "majorly based on "past glories" (with all due respect to graduate/undergraduate Law/Economics students of LASU), but other things (read the article again) as well.

Nuc rates Unizik only behind Unilag based on performance in Law...so i wonder where you did your research.
The article is not based on performance only. Read it again.

You can't mention Law if lasu isn't there
We talking Accounting, you mentioning Unilag of all schools. Where a grad of dt skul I met in Nysc camp can't even differentiate between Cashflow & Value added statement & what they are used for. She can't even extract a trial balance from ledgers.........

Rubbish

Oga Unilag Accounting is probably the best in Nigeria, and my assertion is based on fact, only OAU and Yabatech come close. And what's even the relevance of value added statement in this modern day accounting practice? Perhaps your "top"school is still stuck with the Nigerian SAS.

Guy who are the majority of "Unilag accounting" students u roll with? That's just not true. I am an alumni of the said departmnt.

You probably meet with the wrong ones. An average Unilag accounting student wouldn't give u such impression trust me.

Your criteria for this compilation beats my imagination. Am very sure you did not visit all the schools listed above to access each department based on their staff strength, facilities available and how well their graduates are perfoming in the job sphere.

In collaboration with the above point, you goofed by including FUTA as one of the best universities in chemical engineering and computer engineering. Such departments do not exist.
stop dozing n open ur eyes.. Where did u c futa in chemical n computer engineering on that list??..HAHAHAHA.. GO PISS, U KNW SEY U JST WAKE UP grin
