Alphaoscar:For your mind. You think that Aketi and borofice are Tinubu stooge means they won't vote atiku abi. How many local govt APC chairmen have Atiku breathed "Fresh air" to? We talk as of our democracy is matured as of we don operate stomacracy in Nigeria. Or you think Aketi would have won CAN ticket if there was a primary? See you 8 days time |

In Party Politics, it's not about conscience rather trust. The delegates are more interested in 80% cash balance promised to them after the initial 20%. Who will deliver after victory? Unless Amaechi and Tinubu are sponsoring Buhari, then forget about it, Atiku is trusted to play by the rules (sharing the money) 1 Like |

barcanista:permit me to disagree with u on ds Sir! Buhari never anointed Kwakwanso to win his 2nd term. Rather, it was Buhari's mistake dt culminated in CPC's loss. Lemme break it down, Muhammad Abacha won d primary but Buhari opted for Gen Jaffar. Ds paved d way for Kwakwanso's 2nd coming. I stand to be corrected on ds. Also, d assumption dt Buhari will win Kano delegates' vote in an election which Kwakwanso himself is also contesting is not only fallacious but also laughable. On ds, I do like us both to place a bet. In as much as I wish Buhari wins 2015 general election(cos I already see him becoming APC's flagbearer), over-estimating his electoral value will not do us(APC supporters) any good. By now, we should av known d devils we're dealing with. D almighty PDP with d scientific rigging machinery. All APC strategists had better get it ryt ds time around cos I can't afford to live every day of my life in regret. If June 12 disappointment didn't affect me much because I was still young, Feb 14 own no go funny o! More dan Gen Buhari, I'll cry my eyes out. Cos I can't imagine Nigeria going tru another 4years of cluelessness under d shoeless one. God abeg o! 3 Likes |

EldaTimba: you think all those APC chairmen control the state structures? hahaha. FYI, Atiku will never get any meaningful votes from the SW and his main undoing is his post 2011 election antics. the man is seen as a betrayal and 80% of those delegates will only follow the last order by the decision making leaders in the states and the SW is firmly in control of Tinubu. who are even the Atiku men in SW APC? pls tell us. 1 Like |

Ngwakwe: Sylvia, Amaechi and Osho baba are strongly pro-buhari. They will speak to the delegates in "the language they understand". Buhari's candidature is different this time. The elites are clamouring for him. 1 Like |

Evathyst:Spot on my sister.. The fact we are losing sight of here is that, the zonal and state leaders of APC will decide/determine to a VERY LARGE extent who the delegates wil be voting for and NOT the popularity or other wise of any Aspirant. Please, let's be very cautious! |

Cos I would av sworn never to return to ds country again. If I no do am make mods dem ban me comot for nairaland. But seriously speaking, if Buhari doesn't win in 2015,den I'll bliv God has removed ds country from d world map long b4 we were amalgamated. If MKO Abiola was d messiah Nigeria never had, wat den do we call Gen Muhammadu Buhari who is better dan MKO in all ramifications? |

Voting pattern by delegates will be more of bloc pattern. 90-100% of votes from each of the states will go to one particular candidate, except a very few of them. |
Re: How The APC Aspirants Stand Across The States by donphilopus: 7:36pm On Dec 02, 2014 |
@Obiagelli, I disagree to agree with the Aspirants stand in so many states. I'd just like to point out 3 States which have been said to be 50:50. Ondo, Kogi and Ekiti States can never be 50:50. With what I'm seeing now, 2/3 would favour Buhari, while one would favour Atiku. With the presence of Barrister Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) and Hon. Dino Melaye, in Ondo and Kogi States respectively, Buhari shall surely win. Don't forget that these 2 men are among his closest allies. As for Ekiti, with the Presence of Fayemi, Atiku is gonna win there, though by a small margin. I also disagree with that of Anambra because so many Delegates from there respect Ngige very well. And whoever Ngige supports, is who Anambra Delegates would support. It may be 65:35 in Favour of Buhari. As for Edo, it surely gonna be 75:25 in Favour of Buhari! Pls y'all should stop encouraging Atiku wrongly! |

Obiagelli:U&I know political permutations ain't done on d pages of newspaper. While I may be tempted to regard Newspaper analysis as bookmakers verdict, d reality on ground definitely suggest otherwise. As doz who play Naijabet, 1960, Merrybet etc dey will tell u never to joke with reality. Once again, except Kwakwanso withdraws from d presidential race, he'll av more votes from APC'S kano delegates at d primary. Bookmark ds post so dt u can quote it on Dec 11 1 Like |

Obiagelli: The only person you are permitted to dream off is me! On a more serious note, your dream will come to past. Buhari's presence in the south west is exaggerated Besides that primary politics is different from general election. Atiku will give Buhari tutorial in this. Atiku is not in the media because he knows what is required. He is seriously engaging the delegates. That's what is required. |

youngalex: I'm not sure so many of you know the kind of Delegates going for the National Conference. When I heard today that one of the most Successful Lawyers from my hometown is a National Delegate to the APC National Convention, I was so perplexed. And I also believe that so many National Delegates are Stakeholders, they ain't Children. Don't take them for people who you can easily give money to vote you. They're Charismatic People! |

Evathyst: I think there are far better things to do on February 14 than hoping that Buhari gets elected. If you have nothing to do take a simple walk in the park with the love of your life and buy some ice cream! Emotional attack for any Nigerian politician? Not worth it! There are better things in life to worry about. |

soroptimist: Bros, you've said it all. This' exactly what I told Idumuose yesterday. You were even present at the thread. It seems Bayelsa is even missing in this list. The ratio here should be 95:5 or even 100:0 in favour of Buhari. All the SS Governors or Formers Governors in APC are desperately working for Buhari's Candidature. Timipre Sylva is definitely gonna deliver Bayelsa for Buhari! |
