nipple stimulation is anothee one.
try walking more.

I'm a ftm i don't really ve any experience but a friend of mine told me to get *ewe abiwere* when i'm 7mnth gone,dat it made delivery easy.I don't knw how true it is o,maybe u can ask pple sha.

my dear, relax o. baby go soon show. dont b too desperate/anxious. tk frequent walks. walk up/down a flight of stairs for as many tyms as ur body can tk.

@beedam try reading up on perineal massage. It helps prevent epistomy(spellin) and makes way for d baby's head

Ao many weeks re u? It's possibly malaria in pregnancy. Pls get to the hosp as soon as u can cause malaria nt sumtin u want, it affect u and the baby. One love

Am just coming back from the hospital and scan scan says I have severe oligohydramnios (prom), that the chances of my baby surviving is limited. Pls I need ur prayers, this can not happen to me.

My dear,you will never cast your fruit before harvest time.God cannot bring you this far to abandon you .I read your story where you said it took you TEN solid years to conceive this baby. I don't care to know what the doctors are saying,but all I know is that this baby is staying,this one can't die.you will surely come back here to tell us your birth story when the time come.

Pls go to another hospital,and observe total bedrest from now on. You will surely overcome

Not being easy, New Year's eve I was so sick. Vomited all the lovely moi moi DH prepared. Kai! See sweat and tears as I dey vomit, hmm...

1st Jan- total bed rest.

Today, I feel better. Could eat in bits. Tnk God and DH oo...kai!!

May God give us the needed strength, amen!!

Good evening 2 all mamas n papas in d house. May all d belleful mamas deliver safely, n may God guide, n protect our los, n keep them healthy. May all d ttc mamas get their bfps soonest, ameen.
All our jan mamas hope ur bag is ready. Enjoy that little sleep u arr getting now as much as u can. Bet, u will remember it wen d real vigilate starts. My los plays MOST at night. Frm like 11pm to 3am. Sleeps through out d day. Just hoping he starts sleeping well at night.

GA=23 weeks + 05days
EDD=01/05/15 +/- 2 weeks
EFW=0.57kg.
No gross fetal anomaly seen on scan.

Cases of patients having oligohydraminous @ 20weeks and managed til abt 30weeks and d baby was delivered. Pls do u hv a copy of the scan,u can send it to kafyamat4u@gmail.com,let me discuss wit an obs&gynae then let's see ao God can can use us for ourselves. Pls ensure adequate/complete bed rest if possible and increase ur hydration(fluid intake as much as u can tolerate) expecting ur reply

Hello dear, this is the time to put your faith to work. Believe the repoirt of the Lord which say His plan for us are for good and not for evil/ bad. Fear not some of us have had scares in our pregnancy. You stand strong and declare words of faith. Lay hands on your belly and speak to your baby , fluid , everything. Call thbeir names and speak life and normalcy to them. I can't inteprete your scan but I'm not moved. Our God is d same God yesterday , today and will always be. He still does wonders. We are with you in faith.

Please seek a second opinion from another hospital

Research Into this concludes, while stating more clinical trials are needed ( and I quote excerpts from the study), that
"Pregnant women with too little fluid surrounding their babies can increase this by consuming liquid.....-

....The review of four trials (122 women) found that women who drank extra water (usually two litres over two hours) or had fluid dripped directly into their bloodstream (both forms of maternal hydration) increased the volume of the fluid surrounding the baby.... "

Above all, trust in God almighty who can do the impossible. Do not be afraid of the symptoms

Worship him, remind him of his promises for his word never fails (‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭11‬) and cancel the report in the spirit using these scriptures:
