It would have been better if it was an App developed and managed by INEC downloadable in Andriod, iOS, Blackberry and Windows OS, instead of making it an operator's (MTN) Application. What then happen to the subdcribers of Glo, Airtel, Etisalat, Visaphone etc in using this App to monitor the elections?
