I know GMB is not as bad as the other politicians but with the kind of people surrounding him and his past utterances and actions as a former coupist, I don't fancy him. Buhari was part of the military era that created these problems in nigeria today.

Are we trying to thank him for overthrowing Shagari's govt? Are we thanking him for oppressing nigerians and jailing innocent politicians from the south?

APC, the alarmist. Always crying foul. No party can truly be independent without interaction with other organization. INEC can't exist in isolation. The independence of INEC is in their ability in taking decision without any interference. They have to consult with other agencies of govt to ensure the success of the elections. In the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks and so, I'm not surprise this is what they are actually do when they are conducting local govt election that no other party wins even a councilor seat but APC. The facts are everywhere, check council elections organized in APC states.

Maybe you were not born or still very little by the time Buhari dealt with Nigerians. He can't change the past but talks about change. Mr Buhari has hidden agenda which only the people of his faith can enjoy (Tinubu etc). Can you boldly tell us why Buhari would be accepted by Nigerians?
