globalresource:Why are the APC lawyers afraid of the courts addressing the substance of the case by all these their time wasting gimmicks? If they are so confident that Buhari has not flouted any law, why don't they face the substance of the case just like GEJ did in his own case. I dey laugh oh! You see, if Buhari is disqualified, nothing will happen, GEJ will simply contest the elections with the other aspirants. Any attempt by the war criminal to unleash violence just as he did in 2011, would be decisively crushed. 4 Likes |

lastpage: My bro! The dynamics then have changed now. There is rule of law. There are no more decree 4 and 20. The subsidy scam is still in court. And you feel GEJ would have an influence in that case or any case in the court? My bro, this is democracy and not military rule! Even if GMB becomes president, he will not use his executive fiat to jail people. All cases will go to court. Its the court that will determine if the alleged corrupt persons will go to jail or not So don't think if GMB wins he will so sanitize the country. Meanwhile the issue of stealing is not corruption was not said by GEJ, he only quoted the Chief justice of the federation. Why is he castigated?(GEJ) With these case in the court, we will know if truly the judiciary are competent enough to be part of the three arms of govt By the way, Buhari might be good. But the people surrounding him are not to be trusted at all. Let us vote wisely! 1 Like |

Enough of this intimidation from Gen Buhari supporters!!!.The Law is bigger than everybody, including President Jonathan and Gen Buhari. If Gen Buhari is not qualified in line with our constitution, for goodness sake let him be disqualified.Let's not set a wrong precedence that will breed anarchy in the future. Gen Buhari has done the right thing by providing us with a secondary school certificate,INEC should do what every reputable organisation does when they receive a certificate and that is ,AUTHENTICATE it. I am tired of everybody running around an issue that is very simple and straightforward. 1 Like |

Between bush and kerry , the result was contested and election declared inconclusive in some parts of america; while d votes were being counted, bush was declared winner jst to avoid crisis and this was done in the interest of their nation. You shallow-minded dogs always think if it is not done to favor gej , then nigeria should cease to exist. 1 Like |

Dannyset: You are very si.lly for making that stew.pid comment. Your party should had brought a palm wine seller who did not even see the four walls of a primary school to contest for presidency. Rubbish, you think NIGERIA is a jungle where all manner of persons will jump out to contest just because they feels they can do so. The judiciary will disqualify buhari if he is found wanting in this certificate issue as regards meeting INEC requirements and when that is done, you step out of the street to set the nation ablaze and kiss your dirty low life goodbye forever. Nonsense. 100 million of you sil.ly illiterates cannot lead this country into retrogression and into the hands of greedy certificate forgers. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Caseless: You are the flat head who thinks Buhari is above the nigerian constitution. The law is clear, if he fails it he will be kicked out of the race and if your likes step out to fight it, then prepare to face the army. Between KERRY and bush, who amongst them has his educational background in dispute? I wonder how you even think. Your s1lly comparison shows how low you are. Please think aright and stop insulting yourself with irrelevant comparisons. We are talking about Nigerian constitution which empowers our electoral laws you are talking about KERRY and bush. In the nearest future, anyone who doesn't have at least a verifiable first degree will not be allowed to contest for the position of the president. This is not banana republic Abeg. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I hope and I wish the entity nigeria remain before and after the general election. BUHARI should have done things perfectly right so that the contest will be very interesting. If truly BUHARI is a democrat, he should play the game of politics by its rule but if he choose not then it means he has not changed. The amendment to the electoral act was done by both APC and PDP senators, why can't those of them in His party intimate him before then? I Pray Nigeria Peace won't disappear before o after the election. 1 Like |

In fact, his name should be Dullhari. This man is f*cking so dull. How could he have filled civil servant as profession after he had retired years ago, and also seeking for an elective position as a civil servant. Am sure APC, Tinubu and the likes will be gnashing their teeth and regretting bribing this almajeri's way through primaries. They have tried to OLUWOLE the guy up, the more they try the more blunders are being discovered. He is in fact the least candidate amongst all. Everything about him fundamentally has a question mark and some people are here shouting change, Sai buhari, l have decided etc. Good luck to Nigeria jor 1 Like |

babestella:duck, this is pure flatulence. If you aren't a moose , u should have read the post i quoted and probably known why I made the comparison and what that action then in america means to their nation. If the constitution is to be followed, why didn't ur pdp raise an alarm since 2003 and waited till they saw the prospect of winning in him before pushing for his disqualification? Abi the constitution and the court were not in existence in those previous election he contested? |
