Caseless: Shut up flat head, go and read your constitution concerning electoral laws as amended in 2011. Stop displaying your abysmal stew.pidity online. Gosh you are so so ignorant of your country's law. Your comparison of bush and Kerry as regards Buharis educational qualification is s1lly. |

anwo247: Well said. If this is why will break the country so be it. That is what the norther a tried when late Yaradua passed on, they wanted to twist the constitution so that GEJ will not take over, it didn't work. They then ask GEJ to resign by force, it didn't work. The whole greedy change they shout and chant every day is fraud, it's all about returning power to the north, nothing else. |

babestella: What ever happens, not because Buhari is above the law (if those allegations can be proven), but because of the "unintended consequences". Jonathan is not going to win this election by a "Walk-Over" whereby his opponent will be disqualified. YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON MARCH 28 that l said No Court will disqualify BUHARI. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! . Why did Jonathan not challenge Buhari's name or Cerbisticate or Party name, e.t.c.... in 2011 or anytime before now? WHY NOW, a few weeks to election? If he thinks he is loved and wanted by MAJORITY of Nigerians, then let him just shut-Up and let the election hold without trying to use "any excuse to disqualify his main opponent. Trying to get your main opponent disqualified, with just a week to an election smirks of criminality and desperation arising from fear of losing the election. Lastpage! 3 Likes |

Incase U don't knw,d rest of d country will literally turn to a land of milk and honey if d resources being wasted to carry d north along is channelled to developing d rest of d country. babestella:u raped bastard, fvck you! What nonsense. D guy said d ruling party can do anything even if it means setting the country on fire and, I responded by telling him by that even d US had to look away frm their extant laws and applied the 'doctrine of neccessity' just to save their country from a looming crisis from the supporters of the individual involved . I guess this is why I felt pdp should not toe the path lined by explosives by disqualifying buhari at this heated time. The question u hag should be asking urself is, did pdp jst find out about the laws that says buhari cant contest having contested in 3 different elections? It seems u lack the modicum knowledge of what you claim to know. Again, if your consanguinity is stupidity, don't post trash again to my name. |

Caseless: You s1lly billy goat, son of Isalè eko brotel slu.t, the electoral act as amended was in 2011, the is the first election under the amended electoral act, the issue of educational background of GMB could had come at a better time. So stop giving me ignorant views about how and when PDP decides to use the educational background against GMB. I guess your dementia wouldn't allow you understand that politics is a game of numbers and smartest. If PDP is using it to their advantage now so be it. I'm guessing if the reverse was the case, the whole nation would have gone to war to ensure that GEJ is disqualified by all means possible. Please we have a consitution and a law, there should not be a sacred cow anywhere. GMB is not above the law, whether he is disqualified on the eve of the elections or not, it is our law and our constitution and we must defend and uphold it. If the Nations burns because if this then we really don't have a country. 1 Like |

lastpage: You have made valid points. I'm am not against buhari contesting the election if the courts says he should. Issues were raised about his educational background and qualification and up until now it is still in dispute. The electoral law was amended after the 2011 general elections and so PDP couldn't had challenged his prior to this election. Right now it is left for the court to decide based on the provisions of the law. If the court says no to him, then it is the courts decision and not GEJ's. We don't need to drag GEJ or PDP into this matter for any reason, they are not the court and they cannot influence the decision of the court. So we must allow the law to run its full course and let the judges take their decision. |
