So interesting that next working day is the week of election, many are waiting to see how it will go. I strongly believe that many cars will reach my junction, some will come close to it, while others will reach and bypass my junction.

Dragonking:

Is 10k payment a reasonable dividend payment 4rm a company like transcorp?
That would be 100% improvement on dividend Sir.
If with 5k dividend for the preceding year, it rallied to N7.08, imagine the future potential such a dividend payment may bring grin

The moment when the door of the ark is about to be closed...
And in a few months, the ocean would have roughened up and calmed down and some small fish may triple in size and vice-versa.

My gut feeling..

If you buy afriprud tomorrow you wont be entitled to dividend as it was already marked down today. However, if you want dividend you may take a look at UBCAP with a dividend of N0.20k but do your due diligence first.

Enjoy. smiley

Prophets(not false prophets) don't speak their minds when they prophesy. In prophecy, a prophet is God's mouthpiece.

When I said,"my gut feeling..", I meant this is my mind.

Yes, you are. But even hard wishes can become horses. Say, if somebody should reject jega's result and announce his own, God forbid. Otherwise, a sub 2 skye is no longer feasible.

we should not pray for prolong crises, parallel government is bad and can cripple our market. we pray for peace to return shortly after election.

''...dancing Osdebe'' grin grin grin
Lets see how the coming week will be.
I guess buying some units next week and then more units immediately after the election will not be a bad idea.
. . . hoping that the election will be with no violence and chaos.

as for me any thing next week is ruled out. Rather after election, I have never see pre-election tension like this, any thing is possible, it is better I buy stock that sales #2.50 at rate of #2.80 after election, because possibility of moving to #4 is there, than to buy #2.50 and the price drop further to #1.50 after election. Which possibility is higher than that of #2.8

Sir, the pigs get slaughtered when they misinformed or misquote your opinion. That is why reading people's opinion about any particular stock is good but the final decision rest on the prospective investors or traders. Every opinion needs to be digest with caution and common sense grin
