Heloo pretty ladies in the house,have been spying on this thread for sometime now and decided to join, hope am welcomed? My story goes like dis, was pregnant in 2012, delivered Jan 2013 thru CS, breastfed for one year(exclusive baby friendly for 8mnths ), Afta which I saw my Period d nxt mnth*note* for d 1st one year I was breast feeding, no periods. Immediately I stopped Bossom fedding, I saw it d nxt mnth, but just scanty,and that has been d beginning of my problem, no periods, it came about 2 to 3 tyms and dats all. Have visited d hospt, done pelvic scans, hormonal assay, HVS, but all d results are perfect, nothing seems to be wrong with me,my doc administered Primonult N to induce period and clomid on cycle day 2-6, but notin happened. D nxt mnth again dat was feb, he said I shld take d primonult N again, which I did, but didn't take clomid again. Up till nw, no periods. And to add to that I have a big Keloid growing on my CS scar, and my dr said when I take in, he will scrap it off during the next CS or after VB whichever one. Am really confused here, no periods, dnt even know if am ovulating. my dear mamas in the house, has anyone experienced dis? So sorry for the long post

@ Udoomama welcome to our e family dear. I don't have any knowledge with what you are experiencing but I'm sure other mama's will throw more light soon. I personally think clomid isn't the best option with absent periods to avoid functional cysts. Just please take it easy, everything will be fine in the end by the grace of God

As for the bossom milk coming out it is normal bcs your body has been preparing itself for motherhood thus saving milk for d arrival of d baby bfor the incident. so it wil take like 2 menstural cycles bfor d it correct itself. hope this help?

Hello everyone, hope you are having a great day! Some of you might remember me from a while back. I initially came across this thread and because I am a Fertility Therapist and very committed to helping women to achieve successful pregnancies, I have been posting information here on and off.

Sometimes I read and do not post and I have to say that it makes feel very sad to see the pain of so many women trying to conceive. I also admire the determination and positivity of strong women who keep everyone's morale up. We all know who they are, if I start to mention names, this post will even be much longer than I planned .

I decided to write this post today because I really want to help anyone I am privileged enough to help. I have read different solutions provided by well meaning mums-to-be but I believe very strongly that the foundation of trying to conceive is to know your own body and then heal your body because if there is anything out of balance, successful pregnancy is very difficult to achieve and it doesn't even have to an outright medical problem. I am going to be starting a series of 4 posts on my Facebook page starting next week Monday and I want to invite everyone to follow it. thanks dear, that's why I took the clomid just once and refused to take it the second time.

Amen... Am 3 days late .AF wad due on the 8th and so scared to test. Been feeling waist pains off n on. Fingers crossed n wondering

ummutwins2, I have high prolactin too but I don't get fluid when I press...doctor have to press very hard to get clear fluid. Pls tell me about progesterone pess and cream...their names, uses and prices...also the natural therapy you started on CD1. I've been pregnant more than 10 times and I think progesterone might be a prob...I've used primolut before too. Right now I have 2days to AF but I feel it won't come...I've had this feeling several times yet AF shows up.

Are u referring to the test? If yes then its called clear blue pg test..its a pack if 2 test and I got it for N4500..its very accurate I must say..they are of 2 types..theres anoda of 6k500..pack of 2..it shows week estimator..that is its able to predict how many weeks pregnant one is..
I think u can get it in very big pharmacies..I stay in abj and got it at H-medix but wldnt know anywhere In lag were its sold..its way cheaper on amazon but as no direct shipping to naija ..

As for doctors not taking you seriously, it's a common stuff. Even after 6yrs of TTC they still tell me I'm not that old...I don't need much assistance.. I should try to conceive naturally again then they'll know what to do...and on conception I'll be told to wait for 6wks scan confirmation... after that the doctor will ask me to come back in two weeks with another scan! No medical support at all! They are fond of saying assistance should be at 10-12weeks... and I experienced this at least 8times! All will be well sis..

@udoomama welcome and may your stay be short but fruitful. Hope you used good lab for the tests. Absence of period is usually a hormonal issue or as results of contraceptive. If you didn't use any after your first child, then it actually could be hormonal. My 2cents is to go for fertilaid or vitex for at least 3 continuous month. Meanwhile, you can use parsley tea, if you can get fresh one, better but you can use dried one too. Take it 2 to 3 times daily, also take high dose vit C of 1000mg daily. Once af starts, run the assay on CD2 or 3, then monitor your body for ovulation with opk. You'll then know what to do. Hope this helps.

@Nerobella read my advice to udoomama. Please don't relax, get your cycle on track. Fertilaid or fertility blend could do for you. There's another tea, fitili tea. These are good, just go for one of them and watch out for improvement within two months. @ BlessedDiva dear, I'm good. God is your strength. @Mum2bsoom Amen to your prayers. We'll all smile soon. God remains a Miracle Worker. @omowunmigan why not try fertility clinics like Regenesis, Olive Branch, Bridges and the likes. All they need is to run some tests and treat you same way they treat their ivf/iui patients once they're sure of your problem which we still suspect its low progesterone. @mompurity2 congrats on your successful hsg. Hope both tubes are open, that could be why you didn't feel much pain. I've had 2 hsg done, 2013 and this year and none was painful. So when people complain of painful hsg, I don't understand the pains. May God save women from these pains and wipe away the tears in our eyes. With God on our side, we all will triumph.
