I busted ITS bubble weeks ago...and on front page too. It got a lot of people questioning IT and I suppose that informed ITS decision to start being active on other sections. That IT is still 'pained' weeks since then lends further credence to my assertion(s). NOTICED I USED 'IT' INSTEAD OF 'HER' OR 'HIS'? WELL, HOW ELSE DOES ONE ADDRESS A TRANSGENDER? The same way invertebrates(only subphylum/class where haemophrodites are naturally found) are addressed - IT.

Bwahahaha

Sorry, I followed you because I thought you are intelligent but I can also see that you are way too arrogant for your own good.

Pained? If I hear. If you knew me you would know that I am so complacent that words to me is nothing grin grin

I was merely pointing out how you have contradicted yourself. Lolz

You are a joke

This thread should have been on FP long ago. I keep seeing hollow threads hitting the FP. And has anyone noticed most of the active female nlders kept away from this discuss. Tells a lot about what we're debating here.

Maybe I am wrong but then again, maybe I an not. That you're very opinionated and widely read can't be disputed (I wouldn't be having this argument with you if you weren't anyway) but your online actives seems peculiar. Quell the doubts. Females like Mizmycoli are also very opinionated and very active in the politics section too...but she balances it up by being active in the family and culture sections. I could go on and on but the thing is you are fuelling those speculations.

I don't think I am intelligent - I let the world judge that. Fortunately for me, they think I am and the world knows better so the world is right

It's intelligent stuff that should be gracing Nairalands home page, not the inconsequential stuff they always update it with.

Since I created this thread, just only 6 ladies have contributed. Funny enough, 3 out of those 6 are based abroad and they are not even active romancelanders.
It's saddening actually.

even in relationships or dates you cant even hold a decent convo with girls nowadays they seem to much of a bore even wen they girls that is brings up topics we even make more meaningful contributions in it than them.......

A lot of you guys might notice this also Im sure you have girls on your bbm w.app you try to have a decent convo with but watt dey fumble replying wif k kkk ok brb and all dose shit no wonder we have sort of a decline wif guys toastn girls nowadays nobody has d time nonsense...again

For married couples this is imminent too most esp d females dey're brain dosent make dem think of waiz to spice a relationship up ....not everything is about moneyyyy you know

One of the reasons I quit a relationship not too long ago was because I couldn't hold a decent, intellectual convo with him.

This is someone who can rant politics for Africa. I call it rant cos his politics lacks intellect #myopinion. Why not make a logical statement on why u support ur party/candidate rather than throwing curses n unnecessary muscle n energy @ the other part n it's supporters? Most guys r guilty of this n they claim they r politically informed.cheesy

I love to read wide n would love a partner who does so we can exchange ideas n learn from each other but this guy was not.

So, being intellectual has nothing to do with one's sex brother. But your upbringing, environment n personal zeal. cool

This question is so easy! Take look @ the amount of women in leadership positions in national or state politics, that own successful businesses, that make up our workforce, our security forces, or those of male or female nigerians in the diaspora, the ratio of female students that out perform the males in our schools and institutions? If u are honest in your research u would find that nigerian men add more value to all these sectors more than the women and keep in mind that women are the larger population! Our women in this country are too focused on superficial crap or things that don't add value to their independence or the betterment of nigeria! It needs to change! Even this nairaland we are on is a nigerian mans creation!

That's because women have always been taught that their role ends in the kitchen. That their major role is to take care of the domestic roles. Thanks to feminism which was introduced not too long ago, women r now taught that they can aspire to be more than they were made to believe.

Even presently, empowered successful women r sometimes given this 'why r you behaving like a man look'. And if par harsard she is unmarried, Hia!!

Most of the top CEOs you mentioned were born the said era so u won't find many females in such positions. But trust me that in like 10 years to come the story would change. cool

most ladies shy away from such intelligent and thought provoking issues/questions because they feel its too complicated and they lack concrete points to engage in discussions like that. we girls prefer to talk about simples stuffs like boys, fashion, dates etc. not all though.
most ladies are not very knowledgeable about such issues but doesn't mean they are dull. its not just their thing.

You are simply buttressing the point! They simply lack the intellect

LOL! Women found school boring? grin You must be deluded. In this modern which I am a witness, women are more enthusiastic about going to school unlike men. Go figure tongue
Women weren't given chance for an education in the ancient medieval days.
Men were sexist.
Men were chauvinistic.
Men were misogyny.
I'm darn sure that any invention ideas brought out by a female might be stolen by a domineering man
.
"You said women are more enthusiastic about going to school than men". I would like to know how you came about this. Perhaps you can show me a research done by someone or even you, to back up your position and assertions....
