I'm here to continue from where I stopped yesterday. If you are finding issues TTC.. the first thing you should do is find out if you are ovulating.. i've heard a lot of women have some annovulatory cycles (where an egg is not produced) so it is very important to know if you are ovulating. So today I will explain TEMPING..

Temping is done by checking your temperature every morning throughout your cycle. This will help you discover if you are ovulating and also if AF (period) is coming.
HOW IS TEMPING DONE?
1. Register on www.fertilityfriend.com. It's free. There are thousands and thousands of women there doing what u are about to do. 2. Buy a BBT. Basal Body Thermometer. It's not expensive. Can be bought for about N2,500 or above.
3. Set Your alarm to wake you up. Let temping be the first thing you do b4 u get out of bed. Stick the thermometer in your mouth for about a minute and take the reading.. even better stick it into your vagina which may sound gross and take the reading.
4. After u drop an egg.. (Ovulation) your body temperature usually spikes up. If you are pregnant it... it will continue to stay higher for the first trimester or so... if you are not pregnant the temperature will come down after a few days
5. That temp spike confirms you ovulated. The temp drop confirms you will be seeing AF.
6. It is almost impossible to time intercourse temping because the temp spike occurs after ovulation.
7. Egg lasts between 12 - 24 hours..

If you are TTC it is good to know where to start...
Find out if you are OVULATING.
A typical temp chart on fertility friend is paster below.. the first shows the person "took in" second shows the person saw her "period".
The rise after the mid line shows the temp spike after ovulation.
DPO means Days Post ovulation.. or Days after ovulation.
The more you do this... the better you become charting.
It's better to know you are OVULATING first before you start taking medication.

@Allureia..really nice work uve done there..also conceived d month we bd onli once a day after my period so I can relate to that..but as for the clear blue opks..id suggest you tell us how u buy them on amazon bcz I also tried buying them wen we were trying to conceive but it said dey don't ship to Nigeria..truly I read lots of really gud reviews on it and its as accurate as they claim

Goodmornin mamas!@tsquare thks for ur response dis is my first time of seeing d gyne, I have not done Hsg before and DH SA is perfect frm d one he did in jan. D only test have done since ttc is progesterone, abdominal scan and swab test. The progesterone is fine, while d scan showed pid and 2cm mayoma seedlings outside d uterus & the hvs showed moderate growth of staph al dis result was for jan. I & DH was treated with antibiotic in feb. I did two different abdominal scan last friday and sat respectively and d docs said my uterus is ok dey did not mention any pid and myoma seedling again but I don't knw why d gynne is insistin on laproscopic heteroscotomy.@hafsat wat lenght is ur cylcle and wat day did u bd d info may hlp my cycle is regular 28-30days. Fertility blessing to us all.

@ rejoice.I did hysteroscopy.to check my womb n linning.n polyps n cyst.it was worth it.during the procedure cyst n polyp can b removed.though expensive.

@TCF1980, may God reward you with a bfp this cycle, we have been ttc since 2010 also and this is the first cycle dh decided to take charge, it was embarrassing initially wen he called over the phone to ask my Lmp, but when he got home and stood by the calendar counting d days, I just knew my time has come, I hope to announce my bfp soon cos this month of May is a month of multiple bfp announcement.

@rejoice03..my cycle length ranges from 29-31 days..any lil stress greatly affects it..we bd on CD 8 and 11..and on CD 8 i did notice EWCM bt i dismissed it dt it wz impossible as I wznt TTC..our bodies act funny sumtyms..we don't ovulate when we think we do..I hope this helps..and for the 1st tym I noticed dere was no outflow of semen/sperm after bd as opposed 2 previous times where no matter hw long I lay bk I still had outflow..
Note:we stayed off bd after dose 2days for d whole month..dunno maybe dt helped in implantation..onli God knows..hmm..HE truly is the Greatest

That can be done using "MallforAfrica". It has a mobile application for blackberry and android. Do it with someone who does plenty online shopping it will be easier. I didnt buy it.. I asked a friend who loves to shop online to buy it for me. He did it using "MallforAfrica". Ask someone around.

@hafsat thks for dat great info I hav also noticed ewcm on cd9 dat was my feb cycle but didn't bd until cd 12 bcaus we were on antibiotic and was tld to abstain. As for stopin bd I don't knw hw DH wil agree to dat. God wil crown al our effort IJN.

I tried charting body temperature one time, but wasn't consistent because I toss around alot while sleeping and just before my alarm rings and like it is said.....you must not move before you take your temp...so that was really discouraging .

@mubzay I don't tink d cm is hostile u may be ovulatin at dat point dependin on ur cycle length. I somtimes ovulate on cd 16 and my cycle is btw 28-30days. So try and bd.
