Abia receives more allocation than Osun, likewise having more internal source of revenue. The state didn't provide uniforms nor any meals for students. so why are they owing workers if I may ask?

Pipeline vandalism, oil theft, high level of corruption, mismanagement of economy etc constitute reduction in FG's allocation to all states: that is what brings about 40-50% reduction. Only those states with much ability to generate internal revenue are sustaining it at present.

This is where we found ourselves under maladministration of Jonathan: get the fact right.
