Because it is hogwash.
Hehehe... You are possibly asking for sources which I don't have that specifically say so. But, there are evidence from sources South African men are likely to abuse their women more than other African men.

Sorry but I fail to see the justification of whooping a woman because she was on a verbal assault and displayed an appalling behaviour. One can easily walk out of the relationship than resorting to violence. The excuse that a woman was acting b1tchy and should be whooped isn't rational and would never deter a woman from verbally attacking the man again. It's akin to making up excuses why girls get raped or why armed robbers rob. One cannot justify a wrongdoing.

Even if a woman behaved appallingly, she does not deserve to be beaten. Violence and intimidation are not acceptable ways to solve conflict in a relationship.

Your reasons are pedestal and a draconian concept of making excuses for the abuser’s behaviour. It only allows a violent man to avoid responsibility for his actions. Gladly, there's a thing called separation and divorce, it's a very easy route to ply.

Somebody get Ronald...I am about to rape him! angry wink

when I say walk away I mean leave her for good. It's better than physically abusing her. Lol @ bitcch like me. Mister am not the type of lady that sits around for men like you to continue to beat me. Once a man lays his hands on me. That's it. I walk away. Will never entertain such rubbish nor do I want to end up 6 feet under.
if you have dated a man like me your outlook about men will definitely change because you would find it amazing how loving, kind, sweet and caring we can be so my dear I don't think you have sat around men like me. It's good my dear, don't condone being whooped in anyway but ensure the fault is not from you because a bad character is like a flat tire/fked up wheel and you can't get to any where with it. Some reality check can help you on this.

Yeah.. That's the CoCo..

Well, sometimes some women deserve flogging tho.. Especially those ones that take advantage of their guys calmness.. I can't imagine why a Lady would child on to the fact that her man don't beat her and go to the extent of insulting the man's mum, dad, family members, or even hit the man in question.

The main reason I hated Jay Z was because of how he played the perfect fuul while Beyonce's sister pumped him up. I will respect a woman as much as I can but not to the point of letting her lay a finger on, whether her papa na billionaire or not.

The main reason I walk away from arguments involving the opposite sex is so that I don't get the argument to the point where I'd receive insults. But even if I receive insults, I'll walk away so that I don't get hit. If trouble come push am to go lock door, I will still keep quiet so that I don't get hit. But if devil come push am hit me... Na there she go kill gentleman way dey inside me and na beast go emerge..

Respect is reciprocal..

You see, we all agree that there are times a man will get pushed to the extreme by a woman and would be tempted to resorting to violence. But the issue is attempting to justify the act of violence. I may insult someone out of anger or provocation but at the end of the day I'll admit I was wrong. I might not admit my fault openly but deep in my conscience I'll know what I did was unmerited. That's the issue here.

I think we should differentiate what his wrong from right and not justify an aberration because someone attacked us verbally. Should the beating of a woman result to irredeemabilities the courts or tribunals would not entertain any excuse of a verbal attack from the abuser.

Am not looking to be a man or replace a man but there is no ways I will support women beating. It just ain't right

Some women beat some EASY GOING men black and blue...

Some wives have almost killed their husbands.

You talk like its only women that are victims..

Feminists always like to play the victim..

what of the bitches that gets more than verbal? physical and whatnot?
you don't need to be sorry bro, I'm not making excuses rather I'm pointing out what you might have overlooked which is losing control of one's self. Every human being has limits of endurance and can be recognized by a human being who's still in control of his or her mind (human psych not excuses) but when this control is lost the sense of reasonable reason is lost that when that beast breaks loose, why do we all do somethings in certain situations and later regret? why do loving husbands and wives murder the one person they swore to love knowing that are not going Scot free and that the law is going to execute them too? why do some people shoot others and regret later? why? mostly because they LOST CONTROL of themselves and it happened. It takes great skills to control ones emotions and you know that if you can remember the last time you were mad about something be it football match lost or noisy neighbours or whatever pissed you off.
just for a moment take it out of the contest of chauvinists or woman or man beater and stuff. there is always a reason for things that happen, one thing I know is that we're directly or indirectly responsible for things that happened to us.
.
Finally it's easy for us all to have opinions about things and what we can do and our capabilities but when we find ourselves in the situation it might turn out terrible that we might be surprised at ourselves that's why I avoid crazy bitcches like a plaque, once I observe a feature of bitchiness I'm gone cos I can't handle the situation but if it's my wife Hahahahahaha the lord will direct me.

I have a few Nigerian male friends and a couple of days ago this is what one of them said to me " Here in South Africa you women are too free". Every little beating then you call the police. In Nigeria if a police came the first thing they would ask you is what is your relationship between the lady, and if it's your Gf/wife the police would leave you to continue. Beatings is how you keep women in check.
What part of Nigeria are these your "Nigerian" friends from?
