Very impressive! Now all we know how to manufacture in this failed element called Nigeria is greedy, useless and heartless politicians. Had it been this man studied in Nigeria, all this bright future would have been killed and buried even before he kick started any of them.

Maybe I would have invented a smart material capable of reading minds of people and computing it into phones, laptops, ATM machines, etc, so that we don't have to waste our energy typing all day but hey, I schooled in Ahmadu Bello University where we obtain only theoretical knowledge. A school where a useless physics lecturer will insult Engineering students just because he applied for engineering and was thrown to physics department. A school where we would reach close to, if not more than a thousand students in a class with several people standing and others sitting on the floor with the remaining outside the classroom (100 and 200 level). Am Yoruba but am proud of my igbo brodas.

I wonder where all these tribalist put their brains...we've got to look beyond being tribalistic on some issues. If we are celebrating some Nigerians making feat outside the country and failing to celebrate them achieving such in Nigeria then we have a long way to go. This man and some other Nigerians were sent out of the country on scholarship by the government to come back and impact the knowledge gained but many of them stayed outside the country developing those countries with their knowledge. Imagine the spate of development that would have been achieved if these men came back. And we have some people like Dr Abalaka whose project have not being encouraged by the government.
