Please does any one in the house who knows about writing a TEAS V exam. It's like a GRE /SAT. Its written mostly by those aspiring to go into nursing school.

I found out online of a school in Houston which offers a 1 year program in Nursing for those who already have a 1 st degree in another dept but wishes to do nursing as a 2nd degree. After which u can proceed for the BSN ( were u can b working nd schooling).
On my process of application I was asked for TEAS V score of which I don't have and was directed to a link. From the link I was told that d exam is written only in the states nd Canada.
Have been trying to communicate with them but still not making head way.

Am also trying to get the TEAS V study guide book and materials to study and was told that shipment is only in the states. They don't ship outside d state.
They only have few test practice online which u have to pay also.

Please somebody help me out.

Now tell me what has MMR got to do with Patrick Sawyer? As a child MMR shots is a must, 8 days after birth including tetanus, so what the hell are you saying?

The hospital of birth clearly reads all those shots, all I did was get a doctor and got it signed and stamped. Where on earth are you prone to tuberculosis if not Africa? where else are you prone to meningitis if not Africa?

So if you have taken MMR shot and your doctor told you is no longer required, then you go with your certificate showing that you've taken it as a child.... The yellow fever cert is not for school but for immigration purpose. You will need to show the cert. at the airport before or after check-in. Then you'll do the ebola screening
