2 things to do, cos that's exactly what i did as I'm not about to dash hard earned cash to Black marketers.

1.Do PTA of 4k$ at Fidelity bank.

2.Leave ALL that is left in your stanbic account & use your card for cash withdrawals & POS purchases, my card works on all terminals, never been rejected anywhere but for money order & I was told they could lift the restriction, i just chose to leave it as i have a chase close by that i visit everytime.

Both banks do 199.5.

finally got back my money today. i had to go to my branch and told them i won't leave until i get back my money. after 1 hour 30mins, the money was reversed. meaning when i have this kind of issue, mailing customer care is a waste of time. go straight to your branch and complain physically. I'm even scared of transferring all my money out of the bank. make he no go hang throughout the weekend..

Can I make the complaint in any branch near me, my opening branch is far away in another state.

StanbicIBTC has been really acting up and I'm pissed. The email thing is too subtle to handle their shit, i called them up yesterday and they promised I'll get a reversal today. Until now nothing.

How will dey charge my account twice for two separate transactions worth $900, and my account don enter minus. Funny reason they said was that I did the transactions twice.

And If I transfer any money inside now, e go just disappear ni.
