Generally I love barcanista topics but I am against your view in this because this job deserve proper planning, mind you we are talking of chemical issue here plus years of neglect. As of those criticizing him should know that you started this first |

@OP Loosing credibility isn't done in one swoop, in as much as a lot of non-partisan people like your posts and respect your opposition stance (as it gives 'the other side' and puts the ruling party on her toes), this your outburst thread today against people commending the president's direction and plan of action towards the Ogoni plight is irresponsible and gives off an insensitive air. This singular information alone to the Ogoni people has done a lot and brought back a lot of hope and faith because information is power. Constructive opposition criticism would suggest you either not comment on this piece of news from PMB (pray and wait till something is not done) or comment but let the opposition know that they have taken a good step but you are waiting and watching on the side to see they bring these plan into action (because in the end that's what we all want). That way your credible and un-bias opposition toga remains intact and not childish or hungry for attention. |

I agree with joseph1832 now. Some of these so-called opposition members just criticise senselessly for the sake of it. I see no sensible reason why anyone will criticize the recent directive from PMB concerning the clean-up. It's just too soon for any kind of criticism. Some of them are indeed WAILING WAILERS.... |

Mixty:Well you see what I've been saying. The just want to criticize in other to be relevant. |

Barcanista is a very silly person. As an Ogoni man I can say that this news alone gives our people more hope than that of the previous dullard. GEJ clearly did not care about the Ogoni people since the UNEP report had been collecting dust for more than 3 years. Son of the Niger Delta indeed.... |
