Its very heartbreaking this is happening/happened very close to their marriage. Not taking sides but I feel your guy didn't study her well, do proper counselling and also do his homework before the marriage. Well I know girls and even guys can pretend alot but such red flag(s) as this is a sign that there wasn't proper ''knowing each-other'' before the marriage. My advise is he shouldn't cancel the marriage. he should go and see his pastor, call a meeting of him and the lady so they can settle and if possible fix the situation. For your guy to have the thought of waiting to get married to her and start frolicking outside means there had to be some damage control incident and this was it. This should be seen as a blessing in disguise to expose their fragilities. I hope they fix things up and be genuinely committed to having a faithful marriage. I wish them the best.

He should cancel the wedding plan rather than entering into a hate unoin for the sake of his unborn children.
