Good morning beautiful mamas, pls I am a FTM..ii am now in my 34 weeks.i have been down with abdomeninal and waist pains since yesterday. the pains comes and goes, my abdomen is so heavy as I have to visit toilet more often with lil urine.my LO had been head down since 21 weeks.just yesterday evening I started having belly button pain.and d area around belly botten hurts too.pls snr mamas come to my aid by telling me wat it happening.i have had smooth ride from day one that is why this pains is freaking me out . Thank you

Calm down its just your body getting ready for the real stuff. The frequent going to loo to wee is normal. You might wanna visit ur doc if the discomfort is too much

Please go see your doctor Asap. Little urine output isn't good especially if taking adequate amount of water. If not, pls up your water intake. Pls go n see your doctor for evaluation. In all God will surely win. All the best

I'm about 19 weeks gone.I've been purging since yestaday morning,it became worse this past night as I've lost number of counts I sit on d bowl.to d extent anus is pepperish now(I'm sorry to ment it) I suspected d Ogbonor soup with plenty locust bean.(first time I'm eating it since preggie)I've stopped it totally.
But wat can I take to stop d diarrhea? Baby is kicking like noting is going on in der & I'm hungry scared to eat fear of continuing d purgin.thanks a lot as I await responses

Glad baby is kicking well. Get ORS and start drinking asap,u nid to eat. So do away wit d fear,u can start wit gaari wit no sugar, make sure u hv enuf water to drink wit it ooo. Bread too is another alternative, try stay off veg and fibre product for now maybe 2day and 2mao for it to stop den u can resume ur normal feeding schedule. It's well

Thanks all for your advice, I have had 2 miscarriage, am just trying to be very careful because my 1st pregnancy after eating pineapple I start bleeding the next day until I miscarried, I ask my doctor what kind of fruit is advisable and he said all fruits, so I don't have to take everytin my dr. Tells me.

@ iyaderachuks and Favoredgal, tanks so much, d constipation has reduced and replaced wt constant hunger, I try to take warm water wt a slice of lemon in the morning on empty stomach + I include plenty fibre in all my meals which I take in bits now.

@ Tatacherie, how's d purging now? Pele, just relax and take it easy on food dat naturally purge

@ Apple19, Pele, the ms will soon stop, mine started reducing at 12wks, on and off till 16wks and @ almost 19wks now, it looks like I experienced it a looong time ago, my only evidence of preggy is my obviously protruding tommy and reminder from my busy Lo from within

@ my teammates carrying twins, I'm happy for you o, I take style appreciate ur body, mine started as twinnie in different sack but one stopped growing unfortunately in my first trimester, I owe God all for sustaining my surviving LO

@ proudmum, how are you now? Hope you are better, It's really not unusual, do try try and check your posture wen breastfeeding too, it can cause headache and body aches, iv experienced before. The lord is your muscle

Please did anyone experience cramps at early stages ? Is it something I should be worried about? Though it's low cramps that keeps me in bed from morning till 4pm daily
