I don't know why our people are too forward to conclude Buhari performance now. Is too early. After all he has the right to appoint any Nigerians from either southern or northern that assist him to fulfill all his electoral promise campaign. Then if he doesn't up to the task that's where we can start to blame him

mumu. Modern slavery is to be "employed" by d imperialist foreign invaders and serve dem for d rest of ur life.

History shows your forebears are the real northern slaves.

1, Awolowo attempted to build a southern coalition after the 1959 general election that will see to the emergence of Azikiwe as the Prime Minister. But, the Eastern NCNC of Azikiwe settled to play second fiddle to the Hausa-Fulani led NCP. So tell us, who are the slaves here if not the Igbos.

2, During the second republican election in 1979, Awolowo again attempted to build a southern coalition to defeat the northern political establishment. He chose an Igbo man, Philip Umeadi as his running mate. Instead of supporting him, the Igbos responded with Azikiwe choosing a northerner, Mustapha Shettima as his running mate while Alex Ekwueme opted to contest as the running mate to the Hausa-Fulani candidate, Shuhu Shagari. Again I put it to you, tell us who are the slaves here?

3, During the botched third republic and while Abiola and the Yorubas were fighting the Hausa-Fulani for the restoration of a national mandate freely giving by all Nigerians, the Igbos led by the likes of Daniel Kanu and Ojo Madueke were kissing Abachas ass all over the country telling him to transform from military to civilian president. So, tell us, who are the northern
slaves here?

4, During the fourth republic, we had just two candidates and both were from the south west but with different zonal backings. The Hausa-Fulani north backed Obasanjo while Olu Falae represented the southern choice. On the day of election, the Igbos again betrayed the southern trust by voting massively for Obasanjo who was the northern candidate.

Finally, in 2010 when vice president Jonathan was been harassed by the northern cabals who prevented him from acting as the president, who were the people that took to the streets to fight for him? The Yorubas led by Wole Soyinka, Tunde Bakare, Femi Falana etc forced the National assembly to come up with the doctrine of necessity that paved the way for GEJ to become the president. Majority of the Igbo politicians at that time were busy kissing Turais ass. I can go on and on but let me just stop here. You people should stop attempting to rewrite history. The Igbos have been in a servant-master relationship with the Hausa-Fulani since time immemorial.

I can assure you from what is going on now that Buhari is the same Buhari we had befor as our head of state. The reason why he has not thrown into jail without trial the former president and some selected governors from sw, ss,and se is because we are not in the military rule and constitution does not allow him to do that. Haw can he be so insensitve to be appointing only the northerners into his administration. He can only appoint his ministers from other regions to respect the constitution. If Buhari fails to cream off the best brain into his cabinet, his administration will crash. How often do we hear of people from the northern nigeria doing well in politics and science in the western countries? This is to show u how incompetent the northerners are.

GEJ blew his chance. In 6 years of being at the helms, what did the Yoruba nation gained from him. Forget the appointments he made. What benefits were those appointments to the common man and you expected them to vote for him again.
The only losers I see in Buhari's appointments so far are the politicians. Political appointments have never benefited the average Nigerian, you can ask the Niger Delta people.
If GEJ's presidency could not benefit the Niger Delta for 6 years why then are we crying about Buhari's appointments

I don't regret voting Buhari.
Going by the revelation of massive fraud in the past administration, if we had left the affairs of the nation in the hands of Jonathan and his cohorts (Diezani Allison-Madueke, Patience Jonathan, Dasuki, et al) for another four years, they would have sold Nigeria in dollars, and give us change in yens or cedis.
Jonathan government was the worst thing that had happened to Nigeria.

Also remember that the men and women in my village or your village who voted for Buhari are not bothered about whether he gives appointment to an Itsekiri man or an Ijebu man. What they want to see is how his administration affects their lives positively and they have till 2019 to determine that.
If what you people are after is the appointment of your kinsmen to political posts then I will advise that you keep your voter's cards well. 2019 is just around the corner.

It is difficult to take the predictions of an elder serious when the elder has bundles of dollar notes in his pocket.

The word "elder" used to have big weight.

I pray that God should give you sense... Say Amen. You think you guys are better of the South East abi after the gave your brother their support in the election . Am not surprised, your fathers did same during the Civil War. But don't worry, when Buhaha will start and finish with you guys, you will cry foul with rest of us. How many of your kinsmen have an oil well? The North owes 85%,why won't the give you guys little consideration to keep you mute and blind to the current reality. Your brother that managed to be the president, they accused him of looting the country and you guys agree with them, whereas the North is even looting the country as am typing this msg. Your anti graft champion president said that Abacha wasn't corrupt because he is hausa fulani. I pity you because you don't know what is happening.

The same yoruba elders that sold their soul and future of nigeria to a corrupt and wasteful party like PDP. Please, nigerians would not fall for that ethnic scam again. Now, we know better. PMB, despite his often northern preference and affinity for nominating office holders of northern extract is still a better option than the band of looters and criminal bandits pulled together from all corners of the country to form the core of PDP. So long as PMB delivers good governance that nigerians have long yearned for, the so-called elders can come back when they have learnt a lesson or two about genuine leadership. For now, PMB is a better choice for reasons we all know.

Not to talk of Alex ekwueme Second Republic vice president. Get your history very well before coming out here to show your ignorance.

Yeah it doesn't matter at all. That is way in Nigeria after school if your name is Mohammed, you won't carry file to look for work, work will look for you, but if your name is sounds like Emeka, Tobi or Shola you will look for work until you get angry and become self employed.

The first shocker is from Tambuwa, now PMB has continued doing the rest that will soon be history.

Yoruba ronu!

I am not a bigot, I just follow all things and I react against strange development.

Another secrect and serious problem is against the poor farmers from the herdsmen they hosted. There has been series of complaints, but SW governments are confused and handicapped, not knowing what can be done!

There has been influx of ruthless and barbaric cattle rearers at many communities. They neither respect nor regard their hosts. They destroy their farms, rape women in the farm and presently they have resorted to snatching of motor bikes from farmers.

For how long will all this continue and the governments won't do anything? Farmers are weeping and wailing in the farms, looking for a redeemer. Should they fight their own battle? They know how to, only that we are appealing to them to be good and law abiding citizens.

Yorubas don't care about appointments in a just system as long as Nigeria works and Standards of living increase.. we only cared about appointments in a corrupt system where it was a come and chop system...
