Having heard how some women lament how their husbands have been in diaspora for years, I feel compassion for them and to think that they are not better than widows beat my imagination.

The average married women rather die than cheat especially if she is Christian and wouldn't give in to adultery.

Self servicing isn't a sin, although overdoing it in men can lead to blindness. Thanks to modern technology, long distance relationships are a little but more manageable, couples can have phone intimacy or Skype sex. They can sext as well via text messages and what'sapp.

Of course there's nothing like the real thing, but self servicing along with their partners overseas can be enjoyable and help with relieving stress.
