This level of flooding in UNACCEPTABLE! There is no way there is a proper drainage system here. It must takes days for this water to clear up!

That is a ghetto street in onitsha which exists even in USA,hav u ever Visited a place called Beckham in Britain? When u do,I believe it will change ur poor thinking.
