Unforseen events happen, let's all learn from such and be prepared so we don't end up in the situation. They are in the situation today, who knows whose turn it will be tomorrow?

I've seen millionaires become beggers, unforseen things happen. We should show some compassion even if no one has any money to offer them. We would expect same from others if we eventually need to reach out for help.

If govt gives money to everyone who does not expect twins or triplets, then govt will be setting a very bad precedent and will get broke over time. I feel bad for the couple but they cannot say what govt gave them is too small. If they cannot take care of all three babies, they can put one or two up for adoption.

Oh so the government or innocent samaritans should pay for his indiscretion. So a poor couple should prioritise "satisfying his wife and urges" when they don't have the means to bear the consequences? Well he should enjoy the result of his fun.

I am sure we'll get to a point where children stone their parents for bringing them to the world unprepared, subjecting innocent children to life of poverty, deprivation and misery. My wife has urges but when I think about the cost of sending a child to nursery, primary, secondary, university, feeding and clothing while growing up etc.

She can carry her urges elsewhere o!

I don't know the couple in question, but I understand being compassionate. I've been helped several times in life because I cried out for help. I have also helped several others when I got back on track but they cried out for help.

Who knows if they went to the government to be heard? If they didnt, would we have known their story?

Like I said, I don't know them. They may lack discretion as you mentioned. On the other hand, they may have just been victims of unforseen events.

My instinct however would be to sympatize with them rather than blame them. We are humans. None of us in our right state of minds with things going according to our plans would have to reach out to the government or others to help us with what's happening in our homes.

How is it their fault that they gave birth to triplets? Is it the woman that made her eggs to be three?. What happened to them was just irony of life where the poor are blessed with more kids than they can provide for while the rich ones don't even have one to start with. What the government should just do is to help men like this by providing free health care services and providing them a means of livelihood to take care of the family.

Oh.. Am glad you read the story yourself.. You have seen the financial power of this couples for proper medical care... In the west, medical attention for vulnerable populations are usually free...
