Its very simple..You are not ready for marriage yet.Being with a guy for 100 years doesn't make you emotionally mature enough to handle the commitment of marriage.This is why I tell my friends I am not ready for marriage now.In your mid 20's you are still stuck up on the mills and boons inspired romantic fantasies of a 'perfect' man somewhere.My advice,call off the wedding.Anyways,I blame bellanaija weddings for making it look like getting married is all about the proposal drama,cute engagement ring and lavish wedding ceremony.Its not my dear..I am single but I can tell you authoritatively that marriage isn't as easy as its cracked up to be.It takes work,a total decision to stick with your partner and guidance from God.just face it,have you asked yourself why you even accepted his proposal?Is it because you have dated for 5 years and its only natural to get married?Or maybe because he is ripe for marriage ie has a job,his own apartment and the whole nine.Personally I don't think you even know the meaning of commitment.Its sticking to a person,through great and not so great times..Be honest,you stopped loving your fiance a very long time ago.If not,chance no go dey to even meet the new guy.I am in a relationship,and I keep just platonic male frnds that I discuss my career with.No time to waste in smiling over a guy saying 'good morning beautiful' and other sweet rubbish to me.Not when I have a committed relationship relationship.You created the allowance in your heart to fall for the new guy.Biko,I repeat you are not ready for marriage.I see you to be a lady who wants fun,experience and the thrill of being with other guys.Please do that if it would hit you with a healthy dose of reality.All this advice will not sink in cos deep down you want to be with the new guy.Even your fiance is tired too..a man that can go a week ..then 3 months without calling you simply doesn't love you!!!That's a fact.Just do what would make you happy.That's what counts.Sometimes you'll win,sometimes you'll lose.But more importantly you'll learn!

If you've dated a guy for five years i believe you should within those five years have figured a way to settle your differences with this guy!! Barely one month to your wedding you saying you attracted to someone else!!! what happen to the attraction of 5 years? I guess you threw in to the dustbin!! I believe you saw something in this guy that made u stick with him for those five years. Come gal open your eyes. yes you can say you feel attracted to the new guy can he say otherwise about you and just a reminder marriage is way beyond just attraction. Moreover relationship and indeed marriage are bound to have ups and downs and am sure this isn't the first time you having issues with your guy in your five years together yet you resolved them why is it any direct now.

Don't allow your emotions play a trick on you, obviously the problem is from you and perhaps who know your feeling for the new guy might just be the cause of all your issues!!!! Ask yourself questions and be sincere to yourself if you know what you want in a man, choosing then shouldn't be your problem. Pray and make your choice.

Its a sin to marry a hoe a house wife...the only problem is that its not written on their faces...The dude might have been saving for that marriage for 5 years while this lady is busy flirting with another man under his nose,passwording her phones,receiving calls outside,going to suck another mans prick under the pretense of i am going to the salon and so on...Young man might just be worried of how to continue taking care of this lady after marriage why lady is thinking of how to lick a stupid guys balls next week end...After 5 years?i wish God could give me the power to see what goes on behind their backs and maybe ladies will have a rethink when no one wants to marry them or only the good ones with good heart get married...

A lot of people will be rejected from entering heaven,hoes included but a bigger sin if you marry a hoe and after knowing,still stay with her...

About 2 months ago,ladies were killing their men all over Nigeria...

You're allowing yourself to get distracted.focus on your fiance and sort out whatever issues you have with him.
Women are so funny. Give her 2 years with this guy she will comeback and tell you I met another guy and I think I will be happier with this new guy...lol pls women there will always be another guy and another guy there is no limit to the numbers of another guy that you will meet. Love is sacrificing many another guy for one guy, so if you are not ready to make the sacrifice don't start a relationship. You can't keep your cake and eat it too

If u can read my comment, pls go and read comments by mariecake and cococandy. It is very normal to feel a little skepticism over marriage decision as the date draw nearer, despite that, the best man u can ever have to mount the alter with at that moment is ur man of 5yrs.

The best you can do is to have an effective communication with your partner.communication matters a lot in a relationship. If you have a breakdown in communication and you do not resolve the issue thinking all is well you might end up having an unstable marital life.
In life you alone can decide what you want irrespective of the advice you receive on nairaland forum .

Then adultery and divorce would still be on the card.

We would be here now speculating if she married too early. That she didn't know what she really want then.
I don't agree, dis is a clear case of 'see finish' they don 'see each other finish for five years' nothing remain again na! I don't support long courtship at all and if she eventually marries him,She's likely to cheat in the marriage, same for the guy! they shud just sit down and have an open honest talk!
