Humanly, the man does what is right in his eye and doesn't care about the wellbeing of his dear wife! What has gone has gone, let him rekindle his emotional standard and even say sorry to his dear wife for treating her that way! And for the wife, try to re-invite God into your family if you have not done that in the past and if you have done that, God can still listen to your cry.

I respectfully disagree.
This experience is a very traumatizing experience for both parties involved. A woman was gang-raped in front of her husband. It is one of the worst experiences to go through as a human being.
Her husband had to watch his wife being sexually abused under the threat of being killed.

This situation is just too difficult and any action taken by both parties is completely justified.

Therapy is not a common thing thing in Nigeria. (If it were, this would be the best line of action to take).

The best thing for both of them to do is to wait it out. Give each other time to heal.
If it does not work out, they can choose to end the marriage.

the husband need to go to a therapist. It was not a good experience what happened to them but that would have been solved long time ago.

It is not an easy thing to live with. The dude needs serious counselling and therapy. He should stop feeling miserable, and be thankful the wife is even a strong woman. Others in such scenario might have committed suicide.

I am surprised the woman is even interested in having sex 6 months after her traumatic ordeal. The man is going through a lot of psychological issues right now and i don't think he is intentionally trying to hurt her feelings. He probably is still suffering from guilt and a host of other emotions. It was a terrible thing for the wife to go through and a terrible thing for the husband to have been forced to watch.

Please tell the couple to go for professional counselling and therapy. Sex does not cure a broken heart and not all men can have mindless sex without flashbacks.

I think the said man, should be taking to rehab/conuselling home, its not the fault of the woman, if he was man anofe, he should hv take on one of the armed robber, but life has no duplicate, perhaps he would have been gun down..
