State IGR contest today data and presentation from nbs, I have always been of the opinion that Enugu is one of the most developed city in the South East and South South Region,if not the most developed,this again proves that the abundance of natural resource or heavy allocations from the federal government is not enough to kick start the ground,states like Akwa Ibom get 3times more than what Enugu gets get federal Gov,but take a visit to both states and see which looks richer,comparing adult literacy,access to basic amenities,hospitable and general workabilty of the city. For you guys to find out which region is more productive, post the monthly allocation of every state from Abuja and minus it from the IGR, from that, the state that is highly productive will emerge. Lagos should not be included with SW because even in the Nigerian constitution, Lagos is not part of South West, the six geo political zones is not recognized by Nigerian constitution and Lagos is a melting point for all Nigerians been the former capital of Nigeria and developed for ages with Nigeria collective wealth just like how Abuja is been developed now with Nigeria oil money.

Enugu international terminal is still under construction, only ethopina airline is in enugu and I don't think they are operating currently.
