Long span gauge is plain and stays as ordinary while aluminium used for metcoppo go through more treatment before being pressed.

0.55mm long span goes for 1,350-1,450 naira while 0.55mm metcoppo goes between 1,650, - 1,800 naira. That should tell you why they may be of same gauge but one has what other doesn't have.

0.45mm step tiles is 1050.
And the Aluminium is the same. So why the difference in price? Because of its corrugation.

The same reason Step tiles is more expensive than Longspan is the same reason Metcoppo is expensive. The corrugating machine isn't common place yet.ALL those Aluminium are imported. None is "painted" (oven baked) in Nigeria except Sumo.

Another example is the cars we use in Nigeria, cars stay good and very neat when use in overseas but the nigerian roads won't allow u to maintain it , and not even the even this days when the quality ones are little in market than the substandard.
