By clay like you mean nzu? Some call it calaber! I think its ok to take in moderation as it helps with nausea and spitting! I took it myself in early pregnancy its only the sand in it that puts me off, eko or agidi is very good to eat! Especially with dried/fried fish and vegetables.

hehehe said its good for babies skin but it sticks to der hair, u have to wash well well to remove it when u born ooo, i eat it too but just dont fancy it so i stopped.. as i hear say na Igbe pple dey use am..

Today is my 40weeks and no sign of baby coming! My phone has been ringing off the hook with people calling to ask "you never born" even my mothers are using me as prayer point this morning!

Heard in ANC that nzu(d claylike stuff) isn't good, it affects both baby n mama, I craved for eko in my last pregnancy, cudnt do without it for one day until d craving for it ended, nw it has started, can't even find it around whr I stay now.

Mehnnnn....Had same experience and believe me dearie, it wasn't funny one bit. At 41wks ++ I was still very pregnant with no signs of labour at all. Anxiety messed up my thoughts.

I come dey drink pcm like my life depend on it..I went to hospital.and got emergency card,after waiting like forever, reach the time to see doctor, doctor tell me say my case no be emergency, say so far I no get bleeding. I wanted to strangle the doctor there come remember prison, I come bone details go my house. the next day I went to scan in a private lab,my baby dey dia dey jolificate,na im I come happy. the pain is almost gone now, thanks to God and pcm.
moral lesson of the story: don't dance anyhow when you dey pushing ministry.

So hilarious but true!
I had a similar experience last week, i used to wear 4", 6" to the office before my preg, on a certain day, i felt i cld still rock my 4" heel shoes, and my office is on the 2nd floor. Up and down, i went abt my normal activities that day and even got compliments here and there say i look super smart with my protruding belle and heels.

I got home and laid on d couch, dozed off, rose up to wee, wahala start, my waist, thighs, ankle and vaginal canal begin pain me... as in mini labour pains.

Pcm to the rescue, i quickly dusted ALL my heels and arranged them on the shoe rack till further notice. Chai! It was horrific.

Mamas in the house I need your sincere prayers. Yesterday I went for routine scan. As I was having this serious pain on waist. Saw the foetus everything was ok. cervical OS was closed. But this morning as I was in the bath room. this hot liquid just gush out from the vagina not wee. Then after my bath. I still had trickles. planning to see the Gyn this evening. Pot nee in you prayers. I can't have a second MC.

Same experience I had when I was 7mths gone, went to a very close friend's wedding....All dressed up with gele, had a make up person fix up my face (Wanna be preggie & hot) and my 4" heels to go. I reach d party, I no gree siddon one place, joined the serving of drinks and foodies even when people dey drive me commot. Skales "Shake body" was blaring from the speakers, couldn't resist...Na xo I jump for the dance floor inside rain sef and people were like "awwww, she's so smart in pregnancy". Hmmmm.
I got home and freshen up, feeling good and smart BUT when I wake up the next day , na den I know the difference between "AC" & "fan"....Pains in thighs, back, veejayjay, ankle..... I regret been " hot" walahi. DH just look me shake head asking "U feel say na beans u chop for belle abi?".
