I'm 27weeks with my first and just relocated to Island. Apparently, I can't afford the 350k for delivery in private hospital here in island so I went to St. Luke's hospital at sabo today and got registered. The delivery is 50k but will like to know how competent and friendly are they? I don't want some wicked nurses and mean midwife on my delivery day

I think say na only me dey feel same, it hasn't be easy this past week. Anytime I walk I have to spread my legs- seems like my baby wants to come out o! Hubby says baby is getting ready. I also pee every minute now.

Zaditen is an antiallergy /mild asthma medicine but since u have not seen any improvement you may have to see a good paediatrician

I've discovered the cause of my severe morning sickness that has made me hospitalized for days now. Pregnacare max!
Ever since i stopped, i felt better, and appetite returned a bit. My MS has been so terrible that dh and mil have been scared. I've lost almost 5kg.
I'll just keep it in one corner till first trimester is over and revert to my folic acid, fesolate, calcium and bcomplex. Nor be me first carry belle. I can't die ontop

Enhenh, my steps don change O. I've been having this backache for a while now...odikwa serious!! Doc gave me ibuprofen, but after like 2days I noticed lo has not been kicking as usual, na so I stop O. So now na leg, that one no even gree me waka, if I carry leg Iike this, its as if am practicing how to dance Awilo logonba!!
Went back to the Hosp, Doc said its an inflammation and gave me Amoxil and diclofenac inj (but I refused to take any O). As fear dey catch me. I've become laughing object for hubby now cos he just started mimicking my steps. . Pls help me o, As my journey still get long leg small.

Prenatal meds do nt stop coughing/spitting. They re meant to help wt ur body's increased demand for nutrients.

Some people do react to Pregnacare, so it's normal but it's not the cause of your spitting. If you still feel you need a change try GNC PRENATAL FORMULA or their PRENATAL PROGRAM. It's quite accommodating to all body types. They have outlets in various locations in Nigeria.
