we should help our self share info that would help us break barrier since most of us are mini importers in need of such transactions but lack resources to get them

Bank rates are still needed, whatever daily limits, card rates are still needed abeg.

We should learn from all the cheats that go around like mtn swift and others, you share it or you dont it will still be blocked and if no one shares their's, how to you get new ones. Let everyone stop accusing each other and face the problem at hand. Now this is the case,the nation needs and wants to protect and conserve her foreign reserves and due to this has started taking measures to curb the allocation of dollars to non important spending by the people.
Ok,there is no where you can get a cheaper dollar rate now in Nigeria for less than 267 or 270,so anyone talking about a cheaper rate is definitely talking about a foreign card or institution.
Now if you can't use a Nigerian card or payment system to get a good rate then why not use a foreign one?
