Yes! They can. The road may be tough but they can definitely make it. Honestly there's so much amazing things that could come out of nigeria.

Stick with your roots. It sounds really amazing here. But honestly it's not all its hyped up to be. Always remember where you came from. No matter where you go there will be someone who will ask you where are you from in an attempt to bring you down. And the only way to combat them it to be proud of your native land. When you can confidently with pride say I am from whatever state in nigeria.

Emusmith, I've always thought you read law. Could recall a time past where you referred to Naijaboiy as a learned colleague and affirming that lawyers rocks. I must have took it out of context though.

Nah, I read computer science. I remember like it was yesterday. Yea, I just have flair for reading, learning new stuff...have you seen my books?

@EMUSMITH# cool dude#very respectful#a lover not a fighter nice having you as brother and friend around here.got to know you even before i registered on nairaland......keep on with you inspiring thread.

THANKS BRO. That you just said...means a lot to me. I'm gratefull.

my question goes thus to you bra/co:

we all got attitudes that may put others off and sometimes difficult for people#specifically would be husband/wife,find it hard to discover this in one day.

1.mention 3 attitudes he or she would have to put up with.

- [b] 1. Hmm, I could be extremely still/quiet sometimes- she'll understand that before marriage.
2. As a bachelor, I like farting out loud, cheesy I'll adjust before then, hopefully. But, at all at all, she must inhale some of the gas...kidding o cheesy

2.what been your greatest fear?#With the opposite sex

[b]
Fear? I don't have any...Maybe, that she doesn't misunderstand me and jumping into conclusions. So often, I always make sure I'm understood.

Lol. I'm ridiculously spontaneous and impulsive. I'm waaaaay too stubborn. I find it hard to say no.

Ehm. I was in a very dangerous relationship in the past. So I hope I'm never in a situation like that again.
ijebu pple are very stingy(most of them) hope you are not stingy?

Now that's a good sense of patriotism. One of my finesse moment is when asked where am I from and which I do experience almost on a daily basis. I leave no stone unturned when projecting Nigeria's image to anyone who cares to listen. We must raise the Nigerian 'flag' up. grin

Isn't it ironic that the same men who continually chant the stereotypical, chauvinistic mantra of all women being oppurtunistic leeches and wealth-grabbers and claim they want independent ladies turn around to spite the relatively few women who have made financial fortunes for themselves? Isn't that like wanting to eat one's cake and have it back?

emusmith , sleekyshuga , YourMain , oliviaarims my question is this:

do you think youths can suceed in this nation in view of the way god fathers have taken over to favour their own?

Would you advice a willing youth to migrate to another nation in search of greener pastures?... Where can you advice him to head

Oh, yes. The Youths can and have been surviving despite the sorry state of affairs in Nigeria. It simply requires God, hard work, dedication, wisdom and grace.

It's a personal decision. If a youth feels Nigeria's got nothing to offer, then by all means, he should go wherever he pleases. But as long as he doesn't get involved in nefarious activities.

1. Yes, youths can still succeed in this nation by working smart.. Success is not achieved by a man's possession but by his mindset..

2. Nigeria is a beautiful country blessed with rich, natural resources.. I am an advocate of Entrepreneurship.. Making a headway might tarry but with a goal, and a positive mindset, success can be achieved..

It's ironic brother. You can't eat your cake and have it back but at the same if a man knows what he wants, considering the financial status of his supposed wife should not be his top priority.

vi. If you are not married yet, when do you intend to marry?

2016

vii. What your take on ladies who send their unclad pictures to their boyfriends out of love?

That's not love, please. That's immature love, unripe love, irresponsible love, ignorant love= LUST: which is temporary and hot

viii. Can you tell us about your most embarrassing moment on nairaland? (Your greatest bashing moment)

Lol, you of all people know how if feels when you create a thread and think it is FIRE...Only to return after 15 mins to see 5 comments and 13 views and even those 5 folks wrote these:

- Trashy
- Op, get a life.
- All these jobless youths
- This is appalling, #poo on thread #
- Emusmith, take two bottles; one for this shitty thread, the other for being silly... cry

Ix. Do you see PMB making more impacts than GEJ?

Yea, I do. My pastor told me that, Nigeria is moving from GLORY TO GLORY.

x. If you have the opportunity to date a nairander, who will that be and why?

If I do...I rather not mention names. lipsrsealed.

xi. What's your take on guys who chop and clean mouth?; and ladies who scam guys for money.

Guys and Ladies: The law of karma beholds them.

Xii. At what age do you think children should have access to smart phone?

You said children? Then, 8.

Xiii. What's your view on fuel subsidy removal and it's impact on Nigeria economy?

Obviously, there has been a downturn. But, I believe CHANGE is here. Let's look forward with a glimmer of lively hope

Questions well answered, guests. smiley

My questions:
1. Where do you visualize yourself in 5/10 years?

2.What would you do to leave a good impression on a first date? Sex on a first date, right or wrong?

3. Do you think the past matters in a relationship?

4. A girl asking a guy out, what's your opinion,do you think is right?

5. If there's one thing you would love to change about Nigeria..what would that be?

Cc:
Sleekyshuga

Emusmith.

- I hope to start a company in nigeria. I want to at least have one child. Be in a steady relationship. Have travelled over 50 countries.

- I hope to impress them with good humour and ability to have a conversation. And manners!. I think it depends on the person to be honest.

- Yes and No. As long as you know the person you're dating now, who she was in the past should be a thing you'd fight together against. Not something you'd fight eachother about.

- I honestly think it's so courageous. Me I could never. I won't even lie. I don't have the balls. But girl, if you can, go for it.

- Electricity ( even though I kinda like the idea of it not being there at times and the people shouting "up nepa"wink

It appears we had in the rostrum today the best set of brains since the creation of the interview session. No intent to undermine our previous guests but I must admit that today's response has been one of the most precise, penetrative and hard-hitting.

It was a delight being part of the show and I must thank our guests for their admirable display of critical assessment and their deep knowledge of issues referred in the questions.

And all thanks to my colleagues and panel of interviewers and everyone who participated in today's show. Cheers.
