Darkchocolate:Well what happens now is that once the "300" are gotten, those who come after that are told plainly, that they either work for free or get rejection letter. They still post more than the 300,as at my set(B15 Stream 2). |

amicableSavage:JAMB question. Well just know that the highest paying states are Lagos(10k),Enugu/AkwaIbom(10k) the rest are smaller...I think!..... But depending on where you are posted to in Lagos/AkwaIbom,transportation to and fro your PPA fit consume am,so think carefully. |

kratoss:you know you need to do biometrics and cyber cafes mostly have that. Reg is free if you have your laptop, printer, scanner, internet connection, biometrics equipment. Else forward match to the nearest approved cyber cafes. I paid N800 for mine though, then N3500 for the call up letter stuff. 1 Like |

Re: Your NYSC Questions Answered by adakoleagbenu: 11:10pm On Jan 26, 2016 |
hotman0095:when you finished exams is different from the day your results were approved by senate. That is what NYSC uses as date of graduation. If he was not up to 30 when results were approved,he will serve. 1 Like |

JaneJoanJohn:Based on how early/soon/Fast you report to Alausa if you see in your posting letter that you were posted "through special duties" or any Lagos State Ministry. If its a private firm/office/school, forget it. Though the private ones Pay too,in most cases |

joebases:well that depends o. Accommodation can be an issue because house rent is expensive in Lagos, but if you have the cash,no wahala, but Fellowships in Camp usually have Family Houses where corpers can stay for 1year(Catholics,Redeemed,NCCF,Deeper Life, etc, but you have to adhere to their rules).. Transportation can also be an issue. You have to hope your PPA isn't too far from where you stay. |

Thanks bro. Time to hook up to a nice fellowship. On a lighter note, which other state in the south west will you recommend in terms of accomodation costs, transport & general logistics as well as employment opportunities. adakoleagbenu: |

joebases:chai Bros. If you be lecturer, your students don suffer, see heavy gwezions... The truth is that in terms of employment opportunities, aside Lagos, cities like Ibadan,Abeokuta and maybe Ilorin(I didn't do any research o) may just be okay. But the issue is that housing, transportation could be on the high side in those areas. Unless you are willing to stay in "not so developed" parts. 1 Like |

alayo22002:is her name on NYSC portal? If yes,no wahala. She should choose the state you reside, armed with marriage certificate, change of name, your driver's licence or passport, etc to upload online during reg. She will be allowed to serve, she will be exempted from going to camp for orientation, though she has to go to camp to register, and on some important days, and to collect first allawee. |
