So it was our bros @Watford that made you start doing so huh? Oya..... **places hands on his head** BE RELEASED OF IT !!!!!!..... Hehehe...

Anyway shaa..... You're right about the Oliseh-mourinho attitude comparisons.

Personally, I don't know if Oliseh is the right man to usher in the fast-rising Generation of players that will go on to become Nigeria's next Super Golden Generation.

I'm still observing...

TheGoodJoe:

Do not blame me. It is Odion Ighalo that says my Super Eagles Boss, the Boss of the Super Eagles, Oliseh is the Boss of the team. The thing just stuck. I take correction.

I will be honest with you. He can not. Oliseh can not lead this coming generation of greats. We need Someone who has a history of playing open creative attacking football. A coach who wants the most skillful players and not the strongest.

I hope Manu Garba takes this next task seriously. Select the best players and creative ones to lead the team.

If Manu Garba gets it right, if he gets to the final, I say give him the job.

We need a coach who plays the brand of football that Coach Manu Garba played in the UAE Under 17.

Coach Oliseh is not in that category.

First of all the person who drafted the chan squad was a fool enyimba won d league conceded d least goals and made ur chan squad up mostly rangers players who were abysmal in d league and sushine who only won at home and did nothing away.if anyone watched d league he would no dat nasarawa played d most eye catch footbal in d league yet only one guy was called up.dat sushine guy dat played 11 4 us was more useless dn navas and pedro. Alway dribbling like headless chicken bt no bal sense yet u kept him leaving ezekiel bassey on d bench.wen i saw d final twenty one squad i knw we wud crash out soon.nxt time a home based coach shud handle us 4 chan now our ranking wud definitely go down. Would be suprised if we go even d 4 top hundred sef.d squad shud have been made of mainly enyimba warri wolves nassarawa and akwa united does were xceptional clubs with xceptional players last year.i so fckinly hate oliseh right now.for a persin like me who dream of a supa eagles squad made up of entirely a home based eagles squad one day.dis tin jst d pain me.finally siasia is d best indigenous coach i have ever seen

Oliseh: We are Super Eagles' Most Poorly Equipped Technical Crew Ever

Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh has admitted he is disappointed his team crashed out of CHAN 2016 by the first round, but insisted he remains proud of the players.

On Tuesday, Nigeria fell 1-0 to Guinea in a final group game when they needed at least a draw to go through to the knockout rounds of the tournament reserved for players who feature in their home leagues.

“It’s a big disappointment, but I’m proud of my boys even though we did not go through. They gave a good image of themselves,” said Oliseh.

“Somewhere inside it was difficult for the players. They have given their best, they needed that lift and they couldn’t find it then

“We came out to win, but we did not play. My players are human and there is limit to what they can hold. For some morale reasons, they couldn’t fight it today.

“My players have children and families. Adult tournaments are not youth tournaments.”

Oliseh has maintained his team have worked under trying conditions.

“We are the most poorly equipped technical crew to manage Nigeria’s super Eagles since I started playing for the country. The least for what anyone can do is to be grateful for what we are doing,” argued the coach who took over the Eagles in July 2015.

“I’m coaching Nigeria and if I get tired, I will leave the work.”

Please, if you think you were the most poorly equipped, check out Coach Stephen Keshi who worked for long months without a contract.

You and your friends, Ikpeba, Odegbami and co. blasted the man left right and center.

You can not absolve yourself from the blame when you took out the best player of the game very early. The fact that you kept Adeniji on for so long when he offered nothing.

What of the fact you chose a defensive approach and played the team into the hands of the Guineans. When we pressed, we controlled the game more and threatened them.

The long balls were futile but you allowed the team continue with the futile strategy.

Coach Oliseh, you also have to share the blame.

As TheSuperNerd said, NFF will remain NFF.

The coaches have to find another way to motivate the boys as Coach Keshi did.

When Coach John Obu prepared Kayode and Sani Emmanuel for the U17, I remember reading reports of the Coach Using his money to buy Cabin Bisquit and pure water for his boys to eat breakfast. That did not stop the team from winning the Silver medal despite NFF leaving the young boys stranded.

If you use NFF excuse again Coach Oliseh, then you owe Coach Keshi a huge apology because the man was ready to work in such challenging conditions due to his love for the Super Eagles and the country.

Now Coach Oliseh you are talking of leaving.

I salute Big Boss Keshi. HATERS CAN ONLY HATE.

It is disheartening seeing our loving homebased eagles crashed out of this year's CHAN tournament in an inconspicuous manner after their lackluster performance against the Guiineans.

Though, Coach Oliseh was quick to defend his boys saying that they were playing on an 'empty stomach' hmmm... Is that true? Well, if I may ask Is t possible for an hungry man to play all 90mins in 3 consecutive matches without coming up with health complication(s)(sir. TheSuperNerd should help out wit a name).

this(unpaid match winning bonuses/allowances) has always been the story we keep on hearing from eagles camp whenever they are representing us. I could remember instances when this same issue has ruined our outings-one f them coming from recent 2014 FIFA World cup held in brazil where keshi's boys were carried away with this same match bonus palava.
Am tired of this same old story... I think t's time our football administrators drum t to the hears of our coaches n players that they are not called to play for winning bonuses but rather see their representation has a priviledge to fly the country flag thereby making history by hoisting d flag with other elite nation's.
One of the 2014world cup winning german player said 'german teams only start to receive winning bonuses from the quarterfinals' n this has been of help to them as de have nothing to distract them in their quest for glory.
We need to borrow this leave from this countries.

Wasn't it Courtney Dike who refused to collect money after playing for Nigeria because she said the honour alone is sufficient payment? I'm not saying you shouldn't be paid- I'm only saying no amount of money anyone gives another should equate wearing the colors of the country. Of course football today is all about the money but the cost is, the honour of it all is gone. In other words, its a shame if someone says the reason they didn't perform well was because they had not been given any match bonuses since they arrived Rwanda. Now we have so shamelessly been eliminated, is that all cool now? So invariably, it's just Chisom Chikatara who has played himself to revelance and has allegedly gotten himself signed by a club in Morocco. Doubt there's another who would be getting a move soon. So ultimately this is our reward. The shame from this tournament is that it doesn't tell the true story of how much progress the LMC has made these three years. This team and indeed our League is capable of a better showing and this team is also capable of lot better than a group stage exit. This is not just disappointing but painful too

Our gaffer was on the sidelines conducting his choir. His selections especially of players who were obviously off form was painful to see. His Center back pairings and switches proved he wasn't sure which combinations were the best. In the three games we played we had Alimi and Eze first game. Eze and Orji second half. Obarakpo and Eze second game, Obaroakpo and Orji second half. Then yesterday Alimi walked his way back into the team with Obaroakpo. No consistency in such a vital area of the team. The repeated insistence on playing Prince Aggreh for 90 minutes in games that could have used the trickery of Ezekiel Bassey suggested that Bassey was either sick or he stubbornly refused to train. Both of which I doubt. Clearly the Onobi who shone like a million stars in the Swaziland game turned out to be out of form- I could hardly remember an interception or tackle. Same goes for Adeniji- perhaps their labours during the season for Sunshine Stars took its toll.

We need to ban match bonuses. Everytime a player shows up for the national team we should just take care of their feeding and rooming.

Oliseh: We May Not Qualify For Nation's Cup

Sunday Oliseh, has revealed his fear about Nigeria's chances of having their strongest squad for the coming qualifiers, which may cause the Super Eagles not to qualify for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon).

The Nigerian trainer explained that he holds the fear that "some players (might not come)" for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) if the country fails to act. He added that a number of the Nigerian internationals have called him on telephone to ask for "what they're being owed."

"I only have one fear, and I will share it with you. It is that I just hope that the next time we send invitations out, that players won't start refusing to play for Nigeria. That is something that is scary but it is real. We have to start thinking because we're not going to work miracles anymore," said Oliseh.

"I'm just afraid that if we don't put our acts in order we might invite players for the next qualifications and may be some players (might not come); I'm afraid. Already I'm getting phone calls from them, you they're still asking what they're being owed."
Oliseh took charge of his first international tournament at the African Nations Championship (Chan) in Rwanda, where Nigeria failed to qualify from the group stage.

Oliseh, Oliseh, Oliseh. Do not forget to count it.

Why are you misyarning like this? Are you the first coach to coach in Nigeria?

Is it Mikel or Emenike, or Simon Moses or Musa or Onazi or Balogun that have not sacrificed to play for Nigeria without Bonuses. I hope you are not preparing an excuse for failure.

You are the coach, in the voice of Ighalo, the boss of the Super Eagles. Talk to your players about sacrifice and dedication. They should think more of National glory than their bonuses.

How come Coach Keshi motivated them to play for years without Bonuses.

Please, I am waiting for Oliseh's public apology for his constant attack on Coach Keshi.

If the heat is too much for you, step out of the kitchen.

Simple. Is anyone forcing him to stay? Coach Keshi managed without a contract. This one even has contract and Oliseh is running his mouth like a parrot.

His statement will also kill the confidence of his players.

I told people from day one this Oliseh man is like Mourinho. He will do anything to deflect blames from himself. You can see that Oliseh had a lot of explanation to do with the way he ran the Guinea game.

His defensive approach was pathetic. His long balls were ridiculous. His choice to keep the Kolanut boy on the bench was baffling. His removal of the best player on the pitch early in the game was shocking.

All this man could see is empty stomachs.

Oliseh did his punditry as a myopic pundit. It was clear Coach Keshi worked under harsh conditions. This man went up to nine months without salary. His boys went for years without bonuses but Coach Keshi kept them playing and turning up.

Coach Keshi got sacked during the job, lost his assistant coach (Sylvanus Okpala) but continued to work after resolving his problems with the NFF.

Yet this Man Called Oliseh will were suit and blast like If he was an armored tank.

His job was not to tell one side of the story. As a pundit, you say the truth and not use it as an avenue to still a dedicated and devoted man's job.

Oliseh should step down, if he knows the job is difficult for him.

It is not just grudges. We will support Oliseh if he takes the bull by the horn and work. Coach Keshi new the bonuses were not coming, he knew his salary was not coming but he worked hard.

During the AFCON qualifiers, Coach Keshi did not have a contract, yet he left all that and worked to get the team to qualify. During the qualifiers, the NFF sacked him. It took the intervention of GEJ to bring him back to complete the qualifiers.

Keshi got his players to play despite massive distractions, including NFF imposing players on him. We lost the qualifiers after Musa lost two one on one chances and Uche missed another.

Despite the conditions, the man worked. What Oliseh is facing is paradise compared to Coach Keshi, yet he is releasing demoralising statements before an important game.

It is simple. If Oliseh does not like the condition step down. He should also tender an apology for deceiving Nigerians. He already showed he was wrong about Coach Keshi with his empty stomach statement.

The players have more to lose than the bonuses if they abandon the game. Money can not buy what the likes of Oboabona, Mba, Omeruo, Mikel, Emenike and co achieved at the AFCON.

They achieved this without Bonuses and a lot of media officials blasting them.

OLISEH: I SPENT MY CASH ON EAGLES

Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh has claimed he has had to spend his own money to keep the Super Eagles going at the CHAN.

Oliseh squarely blamed the non-payment of allowances and bonuses for his team’s shock exit from CHAN 2016, arguing team morale hit an all-time low.

He claimed he spent $4,000 to improve the team’s food in their pre-tournament training camp in Pretoria, South Africa.

“I spent $4,000 to feed the team because the food in camp was not good enough. I used my personal funds to get the team going for the interest of the nation,” he said in an interview on radio Thursday morning.

“We have family men who have been working hard for 50 days, but who couldn’t afford to buy a Coca-Cola. It was unbearable.

“And now they are going back home with nothing to give to their families.”

Oliseh disclosed he will head back to his base in Belgium to continue his medication after he picked up a virus in Port Harcourt last year.

Thank you Coach Oliseh for your sacrifices. That is one of the reasons I support and pray you succeed with the Super Eagles despite your glaring attacks on Coach Keshi's effort.

Either way, you did not notice that Coach Stephen Keshi and some Super Eagles players spent their own money to keep the team going. Players like Captain Yobo, Mikel, Enyeama and Osaze sacrificed for the team.

That is why when you treated Captain Enyeama and Moses like School boys, I pointed out that you do not know the sacrifices these guys put in to wear the green white green.

How do you think the team went on for years without bonuses? How do you think the technical crew of Coach Keshi went on for years without Salaries?

Sacrifice Coach Sacrifice. Coach Keshi sacrificed a lot and he was ready to do more. Yet the NFF treated him and Coach Sylvanus Okpala as outsiders.

Get well soon, Coach Oliseh.

Home-based Super Eagles winger, Prince Aggreh is yet to recover from the team's shocking ouster from the African Nations Championship, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The Eagles were denied a place in the last-eight of the competition by Guinea who beat them 2-1 in their last Group C game at the Umuganda Stadium on Tuesday.

Aggreh, who played in all three of the Super Eagles games in the competition told Completesportsnigeria.com that he and his teammates are yet to come to terms with their exit from the competition.

"We still can't believe we are out of the competition," the Sunshine Stars player told Completesportsnigeria.com.

"Everything started well for us in the competition, but we failed at a very crucial
stage.

"Looking back now, maybe we could have done things differently, but there is nothing we can do to remedy the situation."

West Ham Coach: Emenike Deal Complicated, Not Yet Sealed

West Ham coach Slaven Bilic hopes to complete a loan deal for Emmanuel Emenike in the next couple of days.

Bilic wants the Nigeria striker, who has scored seven goals in 11 games for the UAE side Al Ain this season, to boost his attacking options for the Premier League run-in.

Emenike was reportedly set for a West Ham medical on Thursday, but Bilic revealed that the deal is yet to be done.

Emenike is currently on loan from Fenerbahce, however, and the deal is being held up by negotiations with the Turkish club. “We are still waiting for that, it’s a complicated situation,” PA quoted Bilic as saying.

“Al Ain called me and basically we thought we could do a straight swap with them, but now we are talking to Fenerbahce, and we will see what happens.
“At the beginning it looked easy, between two clubs, but then when we had to deal with

Fenerbahce, who are a third party.
So at one moment it didn’t look good, but in that last couple of days the deal looks pretty much alive.”

Bilic had earmarked the Galatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz as a potential alternative if the Emenike deal fell through, but the Hammers are only interested in a loan. “With Burak it’s a different situation as they are looking to sell and we are not buying,” he added.

Nikica Jelavic looks set to make way for Emenike, although the former Everton forward’s proposed switch to the Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande will not be completed just yet.

Jelavic has found first-team opportunities at Upton Park hard to come by and will fall further down the pecking order when Diafra Sakho and Andy Carroll return from injury.

“Jelavic might go to China, but it’s pre-season there, the season hasn’t started so he is staying with us until he sorts a deal out,” said Bilic.

“The injury situation is looking good. Andy will be back playing in 10 days and Diafra and [Manuel] Lanzini in two weeks.

“Andy will train with us after the Liverpool game on Saturday and if he trains well he could be back with us for next weekend.”

Home Eagles: Oliseh Prevented Hunger From Killing Us

By Adeboye Amosu & David Meshioye in Kigali:
Home-based Super Eagles players have praised the head coach of the side, Sunday Oliseh for his fatherly role, insisting that they were able to weather the storm at the African Nations Championship in Rwanda as a result of the non-payment of their salaries and bonuses due to the coach's intervention, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

The players are yet to be paid their camp allowances right from where they started camping in Nigeria's capital in Abuja for the CHAN.

The players were not paid their bonuses either, and they gave lack of motivation as the major reason why they failed to make it beyond the group stage in the competition.

"We are lucky to have a nice person like him (Sunday Oliseh) as our coach," one of the players told Completesportsnigeria.com on the condition of anonymity.

"We suffered a lot in South Africa as we couldn't eat the foods they served us at the hotel.
"But the Coach made sure we concentrated on the competition by spending his personal money to buy food for us.

"His intervention at that stage was crucial for us as it kept us alive. May be, we could have gone back to Nigeria then, if not for his magnanimity."

Another player also praised the former Ajax Amsterdam of Holland midfielder for his kindness.
"Coachiena baba (Coach is our father). He spent his personal money to make sure we all prepare adequately for the competition.

"It's unfortunate that we couldn't win the competition for him."
The Home Eagles lost their final Group C game in the competition 1-0 against Guinea on Tuesday.
