Approach any bank you have an account and pay with form A. The rate should be N199.50 and of course you pay some bank charges.

You can go to Stanbic.

You need to have an account with them or you pay through a relative who does.

The charges include a flat fee of N4k, $25 (if you want your beneficiary to receive the exact funds), 0.5% commission on the amount you want to transfer and VAT (5%) on the 0.5% commission. The rate like I mentioned earlier is N199.5.
