@limsycutey am using gbagada general hospital, I enjoy deir antenatal class and their matron seems nice sha....am a FTM but heard d place is very good cos dey av many hands,though am using R-Jolad private hospital as well....Happy Bumping to us all.

I also gave birth in R-jolad but also reg with gbagada. I attended gbagada gen hospital once n cldnt cope with d attitude so i stick with jolad

And that is how i landed in hospital again this evening...

I'm even getting tired of all this 'one week, one trouble'. Last week contractions, spent a lot. This week malaria and typhoid. Na wa o. Why can't i just be strong like other preggie mamas?

Heyyyy thank God it's not only me. The heart burn no be here. Beans, yam, indomie infact almost everything I eat. I now eat as early as 4pm, only then will i sleep comfortably if not sleep no be for me.

when is the ideal time to start antenatal? Was considering R-jolad but a friends wife complained about them so hubby said to look else whr, I am 9weeks gone now, been taking Dr. Mayer's Folic acid n iron only, also when can I start taking pregnacare max.

Mumtwins and lioha, take a glass of milk to relieve the heart burn. Also avoid orange, beans and try to sit up for a while after eating b4 u lie down! Weldone dear, you are almost there

@Hillyma it depends on u, u can start antenatal anytime cos I registered at 6weeks and started taking pregnacare immediately I got my bfp....wat did ur friend say abt R-Jolad? @missmalachi pls come and share ur experience abt R-Jolad,cos av met a doctor with an irritating attitude dere.

Yea..I experienced sumtin similar in 3rd trimester.twas horrible xpecially from knees down to feet.i do soak legs in warm water at night to heal d scratched sores n relieve itching too.i didnt aply anytin.it stopped after giving birth.hold on ure almost there pele
