Mr Jide, please find a solution to my issue since application to check blackberry subscription is very active now......its 9days now that MTN has prematurely terminated my active BIS without me sending expire to 21600 nor asked any agent to assist me with such task.
Mine is 20 days already, Bros comot mind for the matter, MTN are "organized robbers", I think they even retract the messages I received when I subscribed and when it expired, can't find them on my phone again, it sounds silly but that's the truth because I didn't delete them.

In my own case, my sim doesnt even connect to the internet anymore, even with a different data plan. Thats how bad it is

I can't stop auto renew on my line.
lf I send "NO" to 131, I will get this error massage that sms data subscription is not available.
I don't think there is a USSD code to stop auto renew.
this has been on for like 3 days now.

Kindly dial *131*200# it will automatically RESET your data after expiration.

Thank you mr. Jide, mtn did it but this was the msg I got "Y'ello, Your active BBC subscription will expire on Wed 08:50 PM, 16 Mar 2016. You have reached the fair usage threshold. Thank You!......the most amazing part of it is, I didn't use the subscription 4 even 2 hours before it was expired and now they are saying I have used up all my data....how can that be possible....please kindly help me look into it........08060347826

I really dont understand the sort of scam by MTN.
Yesterday, i received a message that I have received free 7 days BIS subscription which will expire 11 march. (I guess it was a compensation for the premature stoppage of my BIS weeks earlier). I quickly dialled *466*2# to turn off my data cos i dnt want a situation where they will drain my airtime and proceded to use my supposed bis only to discover after few minutes that my balance of about #600 have been wiped out. And even the supposed reconnected subscription doesnt connect to the internet.

Honestly, i am getting tired of all these mess. Dont have the time for all this data/airtime fuss thats why i ignored all the iphones and android frenzy and stuck to my BB.

MTN services have been very poor lately, can't browse fast on pc not talk of phone.

Worst still, can't subscribe to the MTN 1GB for 24 hours with #150 any more.....keep on receiving reply like

Y'ello, your subscription to unlimited 1G has failed. please retry by sending $SMSSubKeyWord$ to $SMSAccessNo$ this is after dialing *567*59#.

The funny part is they keep sending me sms to subscribe....WHAT DO I DO? @ Mr. JideSM
