If u are a newbie like me my advice to u is to take it easy else u may loose alot of cash.

What is so specail abt rcvp that u want to buy $499? How much do u intend selling it if u buy @ $499. Well still a nice investment if u r keeping the name for some yrs.

This is not a chip though may sell it is uncertainty. But for how much will you sell it?
I would say if you have that such amount of cash at hand, please look for chip that can sell in the next one or two weeks. Don't waste your money on this domain. A word is enough for the wise.

It's normal and I expected it. That's what people do to have an insight to the worth of their domains.
They will allow a domain to expire and go to auction. After seeing the quality of bids or no bids, they can either allow it to go or renew it within the Grace period. I won't be surprised if the owner puts it up for sale soon
