On sunday Oliseh 's resignation :

It's very unfortunate that it happened at this critical moment of our Nation's football .
I also shared on sentiments of Nigerians and their football managers (NFF ).
Can we be objective to this scenario ,according to his twitter msg and the interview of his colleague Tijani Babangida by channels television this morning,Oliseh and his coaching crew were not getting required financial and psychological cooperation to execute their responsibilities from NFF who employed them .
Unfortunately For NFF and Nigerian football fans Oliseh is a personality that refuses to work with bare hands, empty stomach and moral support.A personality that refuses to soil his hands in immoral, unethical, corrupt and other compromising behaviors just to be Head coach of super eagle.
Unfortunately we belong to a society where some abnormal practices are termed normal, where emotions, sentiments and sympathies rule.Just like any other Nigerian institutions Members of NFF are more interested in what enters their private pockets rather than taken care of players and the officials.
To my understanding Oliseh acted professionally, ethically and for the best interest of Nigerian football.Such action is welcomed and it served right to NFF.

Agree he has poor man management skills, but he is tactically astute; superior to keshi in that regard.

While there was a general consensus that Keshi was tactically deficient, even then claiming Oliseh is tactically better than him I expect will be very difficult for anyone to substantiate.

I certainly didn't see any evidence of his claimed tactical superiority in ANY of the matches he managed. What I saw was Nigerian players doing what we have come to get used to lately which is struggle against any and every opposition.

Your parents are very silly and you are glaringly bereft of senses.

So it is okay that Keshi was not paid? Dumb ass, that's an indictment because it explains the reason for the corrupt ways in which he featured players "to raise money"!

Comment was not in comparison of coaches but I was pointing out the salient reason for his resignation.
In your stupidity you could not decipher that, but went on to show how intellectually wretched you are by saying unspeakable things, imagine your comment "was Keshi paid"? Buzz off dimwit!

Yes 1 match out of the 14 competitive matches he played

I think these are his results in competitive fixtures

Nigeria 2 Burkina Faso 0 CHAN Qualifier
Burkina Faso 0 Nigeria 0 CHAN Qualifier
Tanzania 0 Nigeria 0 AFCON 2017 Qualifier
Swaziland 0 Nigeria 0 World Cup Qualifier
Nigeria 2 Swaziland 0 World Cup Qualifier
Nigeria 4 Niger 1 CHAN 2016
Tunisia 1 Nigeria 1 CHAN 2016
Guinea 1 Nigeria 0 CHAN 2016

Have I missed something?

If I am right that means he recorded 1 loss in 8 competitive games and also notably 3 wins. Not exactly a glowing report is it, especially considering the opposition?

In the past you heard a lot of Nigerians say to public office holders: 'resign if you are not comfortable with service conditions or indicted as done in Europe and the US'.
Now Sunny Oliseh has done it to show that what was on his mind was service, not position and money, as such no sit tight at all cost.
I think he has my respect on this.
While we criticize him, we should not blush over the points contained in his letter;

1) Undue interference in his job
2) Poor welfare for his assistants and players
3 ) (My own point): Excess politicking in our sports administration.

For any coach to succeed, these points has to be thoroughly reviewed.

Regards.

grin It might be because of the fine they ask him to pay. That's the reason he is resigning. To my own opinion, Keshi is the best option.

If I were Keshi and the shameless NFF asks me to take charge of the Eagles, I will seriously embarrass and humiliate them the same way they embarassed and humiliated me.

Keshi is legend as a coach and as a footballer in nigeria.
I don't see the tactical nous that oliseh has or ever had he has poor man management skills, that being said when your employers aren't paying you on time, interfering with your work, not giving you free reign to make decisions, trying to recruit a more expensive replacement when they are owing you, then you should resign, I support his actions
pinnick is a clown if you get a job and the first statement you make is that you are not a fan of ur surbodinate doesn't that tell the surbodinate to make other plans
