Donlittle: Ooh Mpa won't agree on the Green part. Sure he didn't score as he should but check the remaining stats 14 rebounds, 14 dimes, 6 steals, 4 blocks and the highest +/- differential of the game He forced Westbrook and Durant into a couple of turnovers especially in the clutch period. His offensive rebounds were priceless, remember he's the one that got Curry's miss to Klay for the tie in OT. His stats that led to points would surpass Andre and Klay efficacy. He's easily the 3rd best player on the court after Curry and Durant. Make una leave points... 4 Likes |

Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 8:08pm On Feb 28, 2016 |
Donlittle: yeah u right, I dont see anyone that can beat these guys right now . They do have a weakness - if you score mainly in the paint and get physical, you can absorb Curry's 3's, keep the remaining team in check and still win. But you have to bring that energy for 48 mins, for 4 out of 7 game seiries. Even Westbrook, who plays amped up all the time was visibly tired even before the 4th quarter. Guarding a person who can shoot from the parking lot is not yam! I hope Tyron Lue watches this game on tape. Somebody plz solve the warriors na |

Roland17:curry is the greatest shooter ever. No argument, no contest, no one comes close. If curry plays for 3-4 years more on this pace, winning one or two more championships, he is going to end up as a top 20, top 10 for some people. No one has ever done this before in the history of the game, and if he does this for four more years straight up, his name will come up among the all time great. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 9:30pm On Feb 28, 2016 |
birdman:Okc was going to win the game till they stopped finding Adams in the paint in the fourth quarter, which is why I have always questioned this team. I don't know if they couldn't find Adams because GSW started playing defense on him, but when Westbrook was finding him, they were able to control the paint. Immediately okc started shooting and missing, GSW took the ball and ran, and no one is going to outrun these guys. If CLEVELAND is going to have a shot at GSW in the finals, kyrie and lebron will have to find Thompson or Timofey every time down low. Then love is going to have to do what KD was doing yesterday, killing it from the three, which I don't think he can do for seven games straight. But if Cleveland try to outrun and outshoot GSW, They will lose so bad, it won't be funny. 1 Like |
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 10:01pm On Feb 28, 2016 |
Donlittle: Bro, please forget it, the only way Golden State does not win another consecutive championship is if they get eliminated during conference play, because no Eastern conference team can defeat this Warriors team in a 7 game series. Beating the Warriors means the Cavs or any Eastern conference team would have to score more than 110 points and limit Warriors to a 100 or less every night to stand any legitimate chance, it means they have to work their socks off keeping the Warriors roaster away from the three point lane not just Curry and Klay and they have to out hustle, outpace and have to play small ball with intensity. I am not concluding the Warriors would win but if they make it to the finals again, its a wrap..the only chance the Eastern conference has is if the Warriors get eliminated during conference play. |

Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:06am On Feb 29, 2016 |
Mizzzbeee: You hit the bulls eye with that Question... With what rules? No contact or Full contact? Hand check or no hand check? Number of personal and team foul allowed per game? reintroduction of jump ball to determine possession after a free throw once the game hits the 3 minute The increased time out or the former 4 time outs per team? 1 Like |

For more info about the evolution of NBA rules please visit this page, it is very educative and you can empathize with Robertson, Thomas, Barkley and other old school players who believe this era of basketball is lucky. http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_history.html |
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 1:18am On Feb 29, 2016 |
Roland17: was thinking the same thing about hand check and contact rules. The amount of contact Jordan used to take in the paint, especially before winning a couple of rings ,would be flagrant by todays standards. And hand-checking would pour some ice water on all the flashy guards in the league today. GSW would be probably be bullied out of the game in a different era, but like Curry rightly said, you have to win in your own era. |
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 1:25am On Feb 29, 2016 |
SIRcumalot: I think we will have the answer this season. GSW is not taking anyone by surprise anymore - the more games they play, the more coaches around the league are understanding their offensive sets. We will get to see what more traditional style teams like Spurs and Clippers can do after another full season studying GSW offensive sets. Remember, both these teams did not get play GSW in the playoffs. It will likely happen this time around. I for one want to see what schemes Popovich is devising in his lair right now - this should be fun, except for the dude guarding Alacurry |

Mynd44: It started late, but yesterday i watched live play between OK Thunder vs GS Warriors, splendid and greatest play ever in this season, Stephen Curry broke his 3 points records by 12 3-pointer in the game and listed as No.1 in the history by 276 ones take or go, that is horrible! |

kingsilly: The best game i ever seen this year! |
Re: The NBA Begins by lucien4scaffold(m): 4:33am On Feb 29, 2016 |
A40: Yeah, at the OT, KD is fouled out and feel pity for him, and Stephen is getting better and better at 3pt, and some thinks Stephen makes the game boring for just shooting far away from 3pt line, and i also noticed that other NBA team players start to like shooting 3pts, and centers will be undervalued, not like pre-NBA, like Sharq, Olajuwon, Ewing, they dominated the game, but nowadays, it is gone. |
