Sorry but unfortunately Vfs doesnt collect pictures for visa application anymore. So dont bother about attaching pictures, look for alternative means to prove your relationship with your sponsor.

I submitted my study permit application on Thursday last week, after submission I realized I neither got SMS notification or Email acknowledgement. I waited till Monday and nothing changed, I contacted a VFS personnel via live chat on their site same Monday and he made it clear to me that an alphabet was omitted from my email address from what He could see and blamed the SMS notification failure on network issues after which He advised I mailed accra.immigration@international.gc.ca and channeled my complaints which I did same day.

Checked my mail on that same Monday Evening and realized no reply, I sent another mail to them again on Tuesday with no reply, With much curiosity, I sent them mail again on Thursday and till this moment of typing, am yet to hear from them about any possible rectification and dont wanna continue sending them mail so as not to spam their mail box...

Anybody experienced similar thing before? Kindly share and how you got it resolved.

You all should kindly suggest what my next possible move should be as this is a cogent communication route where I will also be contacted for my Medicals.

At d right time cic wud mail u as dey use d email u wrote down in the imm1294 forms.

Did u have upfront medcals?
If yes? Just keep tracking till u see dispatch then u can go pick ur pp.

I never said a letter was was mistaken for a number in my mail rather a letter that was supposed to complete the username was omitted. I am double sure that my Handwriting was cautiously legible in all the forms I filled, I wouldn't have gambled with such in a very important case as such..

I have my tracking code and reference number, It was with it I ascertained the delivery of my passport for processing in Accra and realized that i was supposed to get an acknowledgement email which never came... reason for the inquiry which made me discover the email inconsistency...

having said these, what do you further advice?

Below are the ducs am planning to submit pls i will be glad if you guys can reviev it for me and telm me what is missing
1. Addission letters
2. S.of account of my sponsor with diff family name with 6millon
3. waec, toefl and cumpter diplom cert.
4. my dad affidavit od declaration of properties with prop worth like #18m
5. int passport and my passport photo
6. affidavit of surpot from my sponsor and Dad
7. birth and local gov of origin cert

Note; no sop and police report

I applied for my study permit last year August but got denied in October 2015 on the ground of insufficient funds ONLY . I took my time to reapply AGAIN on February 3rd, 2016 and I got my approval mail on March 2nd, 2016. Currently awaiting VFS to call me for my docs and Passport.

Appreciation to all the gurus in the house, you have been of immense help to a lot of people without knowing . A lot of us don't really comment here but we take our time to study and learn from past threads behind the scene.
To those applying or applied, may the favour of God speak for you.
Everything you need to succeed in your application is right here, all you need is to be more determined to dig out some treasures in the past and present threads. Be ready to read and success awaits you. There is no documents that I submitted that has not been mentioned here but the only thing I think I added is Pension scheme /docs, life assurance policy docs, dividend warrant from some old shares.

I applied for pratical element of mechanical Engineering, I haven't paid for my application fee...but the school fashawe college sent me a mail asking for 1000 CAD, thought the procedure was application fee and tuition fee after admission is given.. What should I do?

Like i said it varies from immigration officer to officer. But it's always better to act on the safe side. If you can convince them well enough with that, then it should be no problem.
