Whats wrong with Nigerians?
Stop blaming nepa..blame your government for not laying down the infrastructure to generate enough power.
So they wont use generator? Because they are not suffering from the same problem as the normal Nigerian?
Is it that its just kids here or uneducated adults? The ignorance around here is worrisome.. Everybody just wants to sha comment.

E don tey, could remember seeing same some years back, but do you expect nepa office to have light while others are in darkness Trust naija guys they would find a way of tapping light from the nepa office if that should happen
