I guess we all slept in filling station queing to buy fuel cos I knw the monies splashed those yrs were not upto 2.1trillion naira.

I specifically referred to 2011 cos that is when the real show of shame reached the heights. At least N1trillion was splashed in each of those years though, but they weren't as bad as 2011 cos the eyes of the FG were already opened to the games of the import cabal. Unfortunately, there is a problem today cos even the little funds to 'settle the boys' isnt available any more.
