I don't really like to criticize other people's work, but I think attentions ware not really paid to details or may be you didn't provide them the required materials.

From your pictures, those pillars (column) were cast using local stone, cement content seems very low, the section looks too small etc.

The plastering looks very rough, may be you give it to your village people because you want very cheap workmanship etc.

Vertical alignment look very poor

Kola what are you talking about ? The house has pillers all around . Remember if there is no solid foundation that parapet won't last one year . For the plastering I think you need to take a close look with this pics . Even if I want to build again I will only change engineer but I will retain the guys that did the plastering .

Run 2 x 3 woods to the wall and get Aluminium fascia cladding like the one we did in the project pic below in 2012.

Fix it to the wood on the wall and the top part will be between the beam and the panel. Ensure it is properly fastened together to prevent water and wind.

You need a pro for that.
