Domaining is a business that require a huge chunk of using your brain and honestly, research is everything.

Most people wonder why their names are not selling and I wish to make you understand why.

If your domain name does not make sense, it probably wouldn't sell. There has to be possible usage for every name you own, mostly for business or branding purpose.

How do you know a good name? A good domain name explain itself without your presence.

For Instance:

Among the names I have sold this year, let me use just three to buttress my point.

CaliforniaEggDonors.com was for $999

BeachWorkOut.com was for $450

USGreenEnergy.com $750

If you look closely, these domain names "tell stories" They are sending a meaningful "message" to anyone who stumble on them. An image flashes your mind on seeing them. Honestly, if no mental picture forms in your mind for a domain you own, it probably would be same thing for anyone you are "hoping" would buy.

Seems like he needs capital to fund dollars account. Otherwise let him 'enjoy' it alone.

You are wrong deltateam. Mr 2sexycom has shared alot of information about domain flipping in this forum. If you had gone through the domain name business in the webmaster section you won't be making such comment. Please am here to learn, I don't know of you.But if you aren't here to learn don't derail this thread. Thanks

Hi... sure I will. Was banned for reasons beyond me until may 21st. But I would like to stress that it is not a tutorial per se but just sharing my experience, what I think about domain names, what I do. This will help us shape our mindsets and refocus on what should be picked.

alright sir, will be patiently waiting. of course I know it isn't a tutorial. You have given enough tutoring in the domain name thread. me knowing about namepros forum goes to you. That forum is enough for one that want to get tutored. Experiences of expert like you is good for newbies to know the right path to follow in this domain flipping industry.

He said he registered it through his account, I don't know what that means.
Even with that, how do people sell off their domain even when they register multiple of it.

have you gotten the domain name? What's the domain in question? Find out where it is registered, create a free account there and tell him to push to you.

is it only expired domains u buy or you also register a new domain with a unique keyword drive traffic to it and re-sell/flip it?

all. I don't know anything about specific keyword. I just pick one based on potentials and look for buyers.
Re: My Domain Flipping Experience... Revealed by ajsans: 11:42am On Jun 26, 2016
@ 2sexycom, Please what is your rate of buying to selling.what I mean is in how many domains do you buy before you sell one.
Re: My Domain Flipping Experience... Revealed by 2sexycom(m): 11:43am On Jun 26, 2016
My thought on appraisals, backlinks, traffic, CPC and search volume.

Well, to be honest with you, the last time I ever considered these was for my FIRST domain sale in 2012 which was PropertyForSalesInMichigan.com-- crazily lengthy, YEAH smiley

$500 bucks in the bank not bad for that one, is it? wink

It was my first sale and it felt so good lol.

Well, after that sale, I have never considered any of the above listed parameters because end users (buyers) do not think of those when they wanna buy a domain name. What matter to them is MEANING, SHORT, BRANDABLE and USABILITY.

Virtually all sold and published domain names on DNJournal.com have zero estibot value, zero CPC, Zero search Volume and what have you.

What you will notice is that they have good meaning, they short, they are memorable, They catchy, they can serve as an upgrade to existing extensions if the buyer consider the need!
