Ehen, i have another question o. How do you know if baby is engaged? These are the only things ive noticed:

I stopped having heartburn for more than a week now. It just disappeared.
Then my stomach doesnt look high again as if it wants to suffocate my boobz. It looks a bit lower.
I feel sharp pain in my vjay everyday. It'll just come at once and then disappear.
My vjay always feels like i just kpekused. I feel pressure inside it.
Then irregular braxton hicks.

Do all these mean baby has engaged?

Pending when you move if ure planning on moving, just get beta pass my neighbour generator and be using it whenever u only need light and fan plus tv. It'll help save cost on fuel. But when u need your fridge or AC or iron, you can use your regular gen.

@Mitchyy, uwc. that's the problem with our hospitals, I particularly didn't know that I'm suppose to push out d baby, I thought once I push out the head the nurses will use their hand to bring out the baby and someone lost her baby the previous day cos after the head came out she relaxed and her pelvis strangled the child. please let's endeavour to ask questions during ANC especially delivery positions and how to push. not all hospitals use same delivery position.
@Cherrymum, maternity homes are not hospitals, they don't have medical doctor just midwives and nurses.

wen ur stomach looks a bit lower or u feel pressure inside ur vjay is a sign dat baby has engaged or u can go for a scan to be sure dat baby has engaged

I know ogunfayo market, anywayz only 4 houses cooperated so each rep frm each ouse went together to meet the community head at awoyaya to ask for permission to connect light from their power source and they paid the community or body in charge. So the four houses contributed like 100k each (can't really remember if it's more or not) and the bought pole, bamboos n wire then went to get someone at Nepa office to connect it for them. So we didn't allow anybody to join the connection cos they were not ready 2 contribute. It wasn't that easy but atleast we ended up avin light. So anytym there's light in awoyaya we also av light n wen therez light at eputu (1ce in xtremely blue moon) we also av light too.

I m a silent follower of this group.but i decided to send dis post today after reading Up some BS which is like from one horrible story to another..I know des BS are only puting more fear in the minds of pregnant ladies.The worst enemy of a pregnant woman in labor is fear.becos after hearing all these stories,the person gets so scared which increases the pain when the person is about to give birth.Now let me shock you my mum had painless labor and she gave birth to five.I and sister also had painless labor.we only felt the head of the baby crowning and dat was all.no tear of any kind.What really helped us was a positive mind.we refuse to listen to any nagative stories n we surrounded ourseleves with postive stories always.pls every mother here should try to get dis supernatural child birth.Pregnancy is a blessing n not a curse.Children are free gift from God n the gift of God bringth joy n added no sorrow or pain.Remain positive.

Hehe, I remember wen u said make I ready for light wahala if I wan move. Luckily it hasn't being bad as said around were we moved to cos I there is usually light, I witnessed two days light no wink. For the fear of it we arranged inverter plus gen join, it's okay cos we hadly spend on fuel.

Chai,now i know where the nurses that aided my labour made a huge mistake. I pushed severally before they gave me tear ,meanwhile my baby had already given me scattered tearz with those unsuccessful pushes. I wish i knew this on time ~sobs~
